Do not come here. I had a scheduled appointment and have been waiting over an hour. Now they come and tell me the system is down and if I could come back another time. I took the day off for this! The sad part is I’m coming to repair a filling that came out that they did. I will not be returning ever again despite the convenience to my home. Do not do it!

This place has changed and not for the better. My children had a 2:30 appt. We were 15 minutes early (not new patients, no changes with our insurance, etc.,) my son wasn’t called in until 1 hour later, my daughter was called in 20 minutes after my son. The staff isn’t rude but they aren’t friendly either. They aren’t considerate of their patients valuable time. It seems like over booking is an issue here. I will be looking for another dentist, time is too precious to waste in the waiting room of an organized dental office. RIDICULOUS!

I can’t even rate this place. Incompetent staff and too many kids. Do not go to this dentist! They left me over the holidays for over a month with two temporary crowns on that kept falling off every three days. Next they took over an hour and a half to do impressions then I got a call to come back in because they were wrong. BAD place!

I had to do some shopping around for a new dentist and ended up here with my daughter yesterday. We both were pleasantly surprised at how clean, well organized and accommodating the staff at Advantage was. Our insurance hadn’t switched over the new dentist yet, but the reception staff took care of it all without any assistance on my part. They have multiple rooms for patients and even have x-​ray machines in between the 2 rooms so you don’t have to do a lot of moving around. They were very informative and answered all my questions and concerns. My daughter had been a bit traumatized from our last dentist (Lovett Dental), but the assistant working with us was very patient and reassuring which calmed her down. The dentist was very professional, yet friendly with both me and my daughter. Overall, both my daughter and I were very impressed with this place and will be going back there from now on.
