I’ve known and worked with Luis for the last ten years. He started working in my company as a field technician and through the years grew to become an essential support technician. I have seen Luis able to handle and solve problems, big and small, on both residential and business environments and he did it all with success. Luis is a person that have big heart and will always go the extra mile to make things right. I run a software support company. I have known and worked with Luis for over 10 years in California before he moved to Texas. He is top-​notch and the only one I would use to deal with any computer issue I would have. In addition, in the course of my job, I encounter people who are having issues with their computers, networks or websites. Of course they ask me for a recommendation.
