NEVER AGAIN!
I went to my local Dollar Tree with 3 internet printed coupons & 1 newspaper clipped coupon. I do not shop at Dollar Tree. I have never shopped at Dollar Tree. I found the deals I was looking for on a couponing website. I had a difficult time finding the items I eventually attempted to purchase because the store wasn’t very organized.
I was told at checkout that I could only use 2 internet coupons per day. because of this I set aside & did not purchase any items that I picked up as impulse & only purchased the 2 items I had that met the 2 internet coupon per day limit.
the cashier spent (I swear) no less than 5 minutes reading the coupons & all fine print as though I was trying to rob her at gun point. she explained that they get into trouble if they take coupons that are not correct. I imagined they take them out back & beat them as she was super stressed about my use of coupons.
I had to put back an item b/​c in all my explaining she could not understand the coupon & therefore could not verify it. I didn’t want her to face whatever horrible circumstance awaited her so I gave up on it. BTW: Walmart matches prices & has no coupon limit so I don’t know why I ever wasted my time at this stor eto begin with.
I encountered a total of 4 other customers on my shopping trip which lasted 40 minutes (including the 10 minute checkout). I think that says all I need to say about Dollar Tree.
I hope my coupon I used met your standards & the cashier still had a job.
