Arby’s

At the 3 sliders roast beef corned beef and ham way too much bread no grilled bun yuck. Poor customer service. Staff just yapped with each other and did not pay attention. Gave me lots of arbys sauce packets though.

I often passed this place but glad I stopped this time and tried their fish burger — fresh and tasty — this woman at the counter Jones (hope I’m taking her name correctly) is pretty sweet — gave us a complimentary cherry turnover for being first-​timers!
One thing I don’t understand is that all the places here don’t have free deliveries, just take-​aways or dine-​in. Would be awesome if it starts.

Went by on Free Shake Day to commemorate Arby’s Anniversary. I went through the drive thru which was empty. Fantastic for me, but made me a little skeptical at the same time that not much traffic was at this place – even when they’re giving something away for free. Since I already made the drive, I decided to go ahead and follow through with my plans.
Although the shake was free without purchase, I decided to indulge in their famous curly fries. Snack size was only $ 1 off the value menu. That’s all I needed. Young lady was friendly enough and my order was correct upon leaving the establishment. Speaking from my fast food work experience, the drive thru time was a little slow. There was no one in the parking lot nor in the drive thru when I arrived. My shake (which should be amply prepared given that it’s going to be given away for free) and my curly fries (which you know they cook and box ahead of time) should not have taken more than 5 minutes. Wasn’t that I was in a rush, but that’s the reality of the fast food world. If this Arby’s was closer to the freeway and was getting slammed with business, they would have drowned in orders.
As far as the food is concerned, the curly fries were hot, but not many were curly. Positive;; crunchy and golden brown with a great seasoning. The winner has to be the Jamocha shake! It was smooth, creamy, and full of chocolate flavor complete with a cool finish. Much better than a Wendy’s Frosty because you have to wait until it melts a little before you can sip it through a straw. The Jamocha shake was not too heavy with sugar and easy to indulge in – especially on a hot summer day! Ok place to get a quick grab, but wouldn’t drive too far out of the way to get it.

I sent my son to your store in Humble for supper. When he returned with the food it was extremely disappointing. I ordered the Ultimate Angus 3 Cheese & Bacon and I received the Philly Cheesesteak. Plus, not only was it the wrong sandwich but it was cold, stale and tough. It was by far the worst sandwich I have ever eaten. All of our curly fries were cold and stale and the large containers were about half full. When I called the manager to get the store number she was very unfriendly and hung up on me. If this is the way they do business… no thanks.
