McDonald’s

I like this location pretty well. Brought the kids up here to play without being in the scorching heat outside. I like how they have a separate area for the kids so that the adult area feels much less chaotic. They also have an enclosed room in the kids’ area that is just glass so if you were a parent who needed to study for an exam or wanted to read a book while your kids play you can see them but still enjoy your peace and quiet. My one minor complaint was that when we went to sit in the kids area the tables weren’t wiped down. They had antibacterial wipes available so I just wiped it down on my own. Everything else was great.

I came to Atascocita today for this one fabric store (that didn’t have what I needed) so my daughter and I came to this McDonalds, OH MY GOD. They made fun of me so loud for ordering a water that I heard him through the intercom. I called him out on it, then when I got up there they had to figure out how to put water on my order, then I get my food AND ITS WRONG. I’m so frustrated right now I could scream. Get real employees that actually need a job, not wannabe thugs that wanna use «mother fu@kers» every other word and then laugh in your face instead of apologies when you confront them about it.

If it wasn’t the closest location I have to my house I wouldn’t go there! I’ve had countless bad experiences at this specific McDonald’s. But tonight I just had it so I’m writing this review. The drive thru after 12am is so f@?!ing slow!!! The second lane intercom I don’t think they take orders. I must have been invisible After waiting 15mins no one came on the intercom but the first lane was at least moving. Total time I was waiting at the drive thru 45 mins since I had to wait to get to the window for them to take my order! Outrageous!

Always satisfied! We’ve always been given fast, friendly, good service here! Always clean when we dine in, drive thru is always quick enough for us.

It’s McDonald’s and a pretty good one at that. Haven’t had any problems. Service is always fast and great. Even when there lots of people or cars in the drive thru. A definite and sure to please anytime of the day!

Since I work out across the way at the 24 hr fitness, I’d feel pretty guilty hitting up Mickey D’s before or after a workout, but Christmas Eve shopping at Palais Royal so happened to bless me with a coupon for a free McCafe hot chocolate (I actually grabbed two – they were just sitting there)! Since Houston weather doesn’t disappoint in changing from cold to hot in 100 nano seconds, I needed something to keep my Christmas spirits bright. Free hot chocolate seemed to be the ticket.
Christmas Eve shopping early in the morning leaves one hungry because there was a line building in the two lane drive thru. Unfortunate, McDonald’s has not perfected (or cannot steal) Chick-fil-A’s dual drive thru genius. They trully have two drive thru lanes – this McDonald’s had two ordering intercoms, BUT you have to maneuver your vehicle back into one lane to pay and get your order.
I think someone had a brain fart when they thunk the two drive thru stall idea up.
In any case, the line still moved pretty fast, although I was easily confused by the multitasking crew member blurting out a total that was not mine and making me think they had the wrong order or were overcharging me. All well that end’s well – they took my coupon, I got my white chocolate cocoa (which tasted REALLY good with the cream on top), and headed to the gym charged with a free caffeine boost.
If it was lunch time, I would avoid the drive thru here and either go somewhere else or park and go inside. From previous observation, this McD’s always has a packed drive thru and I came around 9 am. Can you imagine the lunch crowd???
One plus is drive thru ice:; 8 lb bag of ice $ 1. Price beats the 99 cent only store down the street which sells 7lbs for «99 cents» (you know their items do not cost 99 cent anymore right)? Plus, you don’t have to get our your car for the ice. #Bonus and #Score
Bottom line: Go here when you’re not in a hurry.

Slowest service I’ve ever experienced at a McDonald’s in my whole life. So bad that everyone in the back of the counter was arguing with each other. I won’t be coming back to this place again.

Pretty clean. Has playground inside for kids. Diet dr pepper too on their coke machine and dual drive thru lines. Better than many mcd I’ve been to. Nice staff.

Every night at 2am the system is shut down? So you can only use cash?!
I order, she NEVER tells me cash only… I wait twenty minutes and she opens the window and say cash only AS I’m handing her my debit card. I saw sorry I don’t have cash she say, «oh well» and slams the window…
