Slow enough that you could walk to Kroger, buy wings, take them home and cook them yourself in about half the time. I’d hate to see their speed when they are actually busy.

We order Togo a lot. Typically they are good about double checking orders. Make sure you have your ranch. Louisiana rub and smoke 9 are a few of our favorites.

I don’t know what’s happened, but the service and food has gone way down. We used to love coming here at least once a month. The last few times have been horrible, and since then, we’ve avoided it like the plague. The last time we did a to-go order they said it would be ready in 18 mins. My husband drove from Kingwood to this location in Humble/Atascosita, and the food was still not ready. He left 15 mins after he made the order and it takes 15 mins to get there. Then he had to turn back around because the order was completely wrong. He informed me that many other customers were complaining about their orders as well. One guy waited an hour and his food still wasn’t ready, and he was dining in. It took him almost two hours coming and going to get food that was supposed to be fast and ready. My husband complained, but there was no apologies or we will do what we can to fix the problem. Unfortunately my husband is a wingaholic and this used to be his only fix. Now I’m forced to make his favorite wings every Friday. Thanks wingstop for creating friction in our marriage. I no longer have the luxury of enjoying a clean kitchen on the weekend.

Okay. So this spot use to be my family’s weekly tradition. Place is really going down hill. Employees don’t treat you with that good ol Texas hospitality that this restaurant once had. So many new mean faces! Bring Cris and the old crew back Come on management I hope you are reading

I’ve tried this place three times always hoping for the best, but it seems they have lost their way. I have to order the wings plain with seasoning on the side because the cook always over seasons them… I mean they are so salty that they are inedible. Unfortunately, even plain the wings are overcooked and hard.

This use to be my favorite wings restaurant. But the past few times the wings have been either burnt or old. I couldn’t even eat 5 of my 12 piece order. It doesn’t seem to matter to the manager on duty. Customers service has gone down within the year and this place is such a disappointment. The food, service and cleanliness has gone down. Time to find a new place.

Moved to Humble in April and immediately found the closest Wingstop as it is our favorite restaurant. Until a few days ago we had visited this location at least once a week, always dine-in, probably eaten there 25 times or so since April. We are at this location so much that our kids even knew to grab the large circle table when we went there. Sad to say after this last visit, we will not go there again unless they do something to earn our business back. Each time we have gone there we have ordered the exact same thing, wings and fries with the cheese sauce and an extra container of cheese sauce on the side. This last time the guy brings our order and to our surprise, the fries have cheese already on them. Additionally, there is no side of cheese to be found. I think no big deal, they must have forgot, so I go up to the counter to ask for the cheese sauce I ordered. The guy tells me that the cheese is already on the fries. At this point I’m a little confused so I tell him yeah, but I ordered a thing of cheese sauce with them and I’ve never seen cheese already on he fries. He tells me that’s the way they always do it but if I want I can purchase another container of cheese. At this point in the back I can see the guy who has told me on previous visits that he is the franchise manager, I expect him to see this frustrating conversation and come to the front and clear up this whole issue, he doesn’t. At this point I am in disbelief and explain to the guy how much I’ve been there and that this has never happened before, the whole time I am appalled he would rather fight with a customer who has literally spent thousands of dollars(and just spent another $ 60) at this location, than hand me a cheese sauce. At this point on principle alone I wasn’t going to purchase a cheese sauce I thought I already owned so I walked back to my table and told him I’d check the receipt(not sure what that was going to do, just figured it was a less awkward way to end the argument). The rest of my 45 minute stay while we ate I kept expecting someone to either A. Bring me the cheese sauce, or B. At least come out and give me some clarity on why things changed from my previous 25+ visits. Nothing, I got absolutely 0 interaction from the employee or the manager from then on out. Myself and and my wife are former store managers of McDonald’s, I myself am a former Army SGT and two time Iraq vet, so we understand a lot about management and franchise operations. We are both shocked this location would risk losing high volume customers over a $ 3 container of cheese sauce. We’d both love to eat there again on the regular, but on principle we will visit the one near 59 and 1960 until this location earns our business back. I’m not sure how you go from being recognized customers, to less important than a $ 3 cheese sauce(that we ordered and paid for). If you think it’s ridiculous I wrote all this about some cheese sauce, well trust me, so do I. Oh well, your move Wingstop.

I really like their wings and cheese fries. I am picking about the textures and flavors of wings but their teriyaki flavor is excellent. Even with the Brewings and Big city Wings in the area now, Wingstop is still my choice.

Ordered wings last night while watching Sunday Night Football with the family. Food was ready when my wife got there. Great wings!!! Bunch of different flavors to choose from. The fries are so addicting, keep us coming back like zombies. The service is on & off, Mostly good though.

Do not go here! I placed my order online and came in 30 min later(10 min after the time they said) and my order was nowhere to be found. The kids behind the counter argued with me. The manager told me it would be another 20 – 30 minutes if they had to redo it. Wait. What? He also told me they couldn’t put me in front of other orders. Funny. I had my confirmation number. When it was supposed to be ready. Etc. and he gave me attitude. That’s fine. Took my business elsewhere. Happily.

I really love their Hot wings. We always order to go even though you have the option to dine in. The flavor of the wings is awesome.

I’ve had Wingstop ever since I was in California so to have one in this area is great. This location is small, it has one big round table as you enter, so if you have a party of more than 4, hope that table is open or adjust the small tables to make one long table. If you had Wingstop before, it’s legit here and pretty much consistent. My only gripe at this location is that it takes too long to get your food sometimes, and when they take your order, they tell you how long it takes, like 13 minutes but you’ve been waiting for 25 minutes, not cool. I get it that it’s usually packed and their also dealing with to go orders, but keep us updated on our orders. I love how there are TVs everywhere, so this is pretty cool to catch a game here.

Great experience! Friendly staff who greeted me, made suggestions allowed me to try a few flavors. I went with the combo wings Louisiana Rug which tastes very good by the way. I ordered it to go came out pretty quickly. I was there at about 10 pm and out in 10 – 15 min. Great service and good food,

Good wings, tons of options. The employees are very fast and have always been pleasant. I’ll be stopping here many nights to come. I wish they had the huge 200+ drink selector that I see in other wingstops, but this one is a little on the small side so I don’t think there’s enough room for that.

Good wings! I love the lemon pepper! Some of the best I’ve ever had. It’s just a little bitty storefront run by a bunch of kids, but they do a great job!

When you want pancakes you go to IHOP. When you want wings, you go to.. . WINGSTOP!!! I do not know about this new place call BreWingzs(how do you pronounce that anyway)? but Wingstop is the go to place for a wing fix. As much as I try to be spending saavy on eating out, good wings cannot be bought at a bargain. On a Sunday evening, not too many places are open that sell wings, so I decided to Unilocal my destination to wing satisfaction. This Wingstop was right across the street, so I busted a U to bust a $ 10 spot for 6 wings, fries, and a drink. Although I didn’t want the drink, I actually wanted fries too, so the combo seemed like a better value – if the fries had’nt been the precursor to hypertension! There was just waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much salt on these fries. It was like licking a salt cube. They weren’t thick cut fries either, so almost like biting into a salt stick. Yum!!! Of course, I would have politely told the server that I wanted my money back if I had dined in, but of course, my hectic schedule had me taking out my order and discovering this at home. If I had not lost my receipt, I would have contacted the manager about it; since I have misplaced it. Unilocaling about it is the best way to redeem my purchasing error. In all honesty, the wings were ok, but not for the price. Next time I have a desire for Wingtstop, I will A: purchase on 60 cent Mondays and Tuesdays, and B: purchase or make homemade fries. Can’t let my gut compromise by budget!

I’ll start with the negative and there’s only one. Twice I have placed an order online to save on time and both times the order was not started until I got to the location and told them I had placed an online order. The problem is that the printer where the order comes in is under the counter so it makes it an out of sight, out of mind situation. The lesson, call in your order. Otherwise, the wings, fries and friendliness of the staff are all top notch and Wingstop will always get my business.
