I was beyond impressed with the service and product outcome! I had broken my glasses due to a medical emergency and didnt have a ton to spend on a nice pair. I
When I walked in I was greated by a nice young lady who turned out to be the manager. I asked if there were any deals rifht now if I bought frames and lenses.
I was fully expecting to hear «not right now» or «we offer a 2 year warranty,» but I did not. She offered me an AMAZING deal on designer frames and thin lenses. (which I needed bc my rx is pretty thick). She warned me that to get them done right she would need to send them downtown to habe the lenses cut. So, I agreed and paid. Upon my arrival to pick up my new glasses I was greeted as «hello, mrs…» I was shocked she remembered me! The glasses turned out supurb! The customer service was wonderful and I dont think I will ever shop anywhere else!
