The only good things about this place is that it’s convenient and the prices are competitive. However, It doesn’t open till 10 so forget about going by before work or an early workout. Secondly, the manager doesn’t know her stuff. She recommended a pre-​workout to my husband which was a total dud and she told him the wrong dosage. However, the thing that finally gave me reason to review it was being in there today to try to buy a simple box of protein bars and the same manager was helping a couple in front of me. They were having long wishy washy conversations about which products to get and whether or not to renew their membership. Not once did the manager cut it off to get me (and my small son) in and out quickly with our one item. I stood and stood there while they casually chatted like they had all the time in the world. Then the man goes outside to get his wallet out of the car and the manager STILL does not offer to check me out quickly while they were doing other things. I out my box down and walked out.

I had a GNC​.COM return that I thought was going to be a hassle. Manny not only made it painless, he also gave me samples of my favorite supplements and told me about upcoming half off sales coming up. This guy goes hard!
I just wish that GNC would keep their good employees in their store for more than six months. Manny is the 3^rd person I’ve seen here in just as many months (that’s even considering their schedules/​shifts). I ask for people I’ve dealt with recently and I’m told they are no longer with GNC or something like that.
