Just stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Very pleasant young lady, Edna, took my order. I was having a hard time deciding so she help me choose the Delicious SouthWest chicken chili and a delicious Santa Fe chicken sandwich. This was the perfect combination for a Friday afternoon bit to eat and also they have free ice cream for dessert. I had two cones of chocolate and vanilla swirl yummy. I believe it was the manager who brought my Plate and he was very nice as well. All-in-all, you can still get beautiful, customer service with a smile and have a pleasant afternoon in this world while eating alone. yeah for humble Texas

This location seems pretty similar to other JD locations, as far as dining in during their busy lunchtime. It is a large space with an open kitchen and an ample salad bar. I usually order one of the chicken or beef sandwiches. Their prices are pretty reasonable and they have many options to mix and match, or find something on the healthy side. The salad bar stays pretty well stocked during lunch hours. Don’t forget about the free ice cream after your meal, it is at the back of the drink station, next to the hallway for the restrooms.

The company I work for always orders to go from this location for lunch! Every time the orders have been correct and delicious! Every staff member I’ve ever encountered has been so kind and and helpful even when you can tell they are slammed busy. I appreciate good costumer service!

I was not happy with their delivery. My soup arrived late and cold. Then while eating the soup I found some kind of wrapper in it. I am also posting s picture of it. Would not recommend.

Hmm where to start. My biggest problem here was that this location was understaffed and the online ordering system is awful. I gave it 4 stars because I like Jason’s and the team was trying hard. Ordering via Web site. Let’s just say that their website is junk compared to their competition such as McAlister. Normally I go to McAlister for my deli fix but this location was way closer so I thought why not. The website is clunky, loads slow, freezes, and it takes about 15 min to get an email confirmation. They also give a time Fram of being ready but tell you it could take an additional 30 min. Well how do you plan for that. I get there and wait for 30 min or give them the time and risk having cold food. I would have been better off just going there and ordering at the counter. Staffing. The team was short they had 1 girl at the register, 1 girl making orders and 1 person restocking salad bar. That is not enough people to handle the call in orders. When I got there there were 5 people waiting on to go orders and 3 people in line for dinning in. They forgot two things on my order and I had to go back in. Food. It was fine a 4 out of 5. Bottom line if you want to order out go to McAlister if you want to eat in go to Jasons.

I come here often. They are always friendly and clean. Don’t come during lunch rush, they are super busy and it’s hard to find a table. I’m giving only 4 stars because I like their club lite sandwich, but the ham is covered in the clear jelly they pack it with, which is super gross.

I placed an order after midnight last night and requested to have breakfast delivered at relatives doorstep at 730 am. I didn’t think it was even possible that Jason’s could fulfill that request, given the short timing and size of my order but they came through. This meant a lot to me given that catered food was for a family suffering a sudden loss of a dear loved one. They didn’t have the energy to think about cooking for themselves or their little ones. Thank you Jason’s Deli for being so flexible! You deserve 10 stars! :-)

The salad bar is clean and the items are in stock. The staff wears gloves behind the counter preparing other dishes. No diet dr. Pepper and only come products. The kids PB&J is large and can come with fruit or chips. The muffins and complimentary ice cream cones are my son’s favorite part!

This place hates new Mothers and Disabled people. So my Sister-In-Law had a baby at a hospital just a few miles away. We ordered dinner at 4:20 and didn’t receive it until 7:15. Apparently right after we ordered they got a 100 person order in the same hospital. So instead of delivering dinner to the woman who just gave birth they blew her off for hours. We called three times with responses that the delivery person was«very close» etc. I call BS!!! Totally unacceptable. Don’t promise dinner at 5:30 and then be an hour and a half late. BS!!! On top of all that… food of course arrived cold and my pastrami was stringy with barely any dressing. Yuck. The next day I went to Starbucks to get a coffee for Mama and since I just had back surgery I have a handicapped parking permit. Their delivery driver was literally half in the disabled spot. WTF?! I called to complain with a «thanks m’ame» response or FYVMIRL meaning. Damn you Jason’s Deli. You suck.

I’ve been a fan of the Jason’s Deli chain since my college days, and they still have solid options for lunch and dinner. We often go to this location prior to hitting up the local watering hole, so we order takeout frequently. The service is always friendly and prompt, and who doesn’t love free ice cream(well soft serve, but it’s still free)! If you haven’t been to a Jason’s lately, you should! They’ve added some new veggie options and also revamped some of their classic sandwiches. Most recently I had the Papa Joe and it was super tasty!

Had a long day on Tuesday travelling from San Antonio to Houston. Checked into my hotel(Hampton Inn — Humble) and needed a light healthy meal. Took a drive South on Route 59 N and came across Jason’s Deli. I noticed a great salad bar in the back. Hence soup and salad sounded great. Started off with a cup of chicken pot pie soup. It was good and hit the spot. Then made a few trips to their fantastic salad bar. The damage? $ 9.61. Hard to beat this value as I had tons of food. Joint was busy but the staff here were all super nice. For a business guy on the road needing a quick healthy meal this place is perfect. Will I return? Absolutely.

I have tried their other locations in other cities and it is well organized. Sandwiches are large and filling and everything is served inside your own picnic box including chips, fresh cookie and pickle. Really a great idea for catered business lunches as it is quick and simple as well as filling your belly. I can’t wait for my next Jason’s lunch be it a sandwich or fresh salad. Go Jason.

This Jason’s Deli tends to be hit sometimes and miss sometimes. I’m a frequent visitor at this restaurant simply because I work near the airport and decent lunch options in the area tend to be lower in number. I write this from the perspective of ordering the New York Yankee which I use as a personal benchmark for rating a Jason’s Deli. Let me start with the miss. With respect to the New York Yankee, I will sometimes get the proper amount of meat in the sandwich. Other times it seems like the amount of meat that is placed in the sandwich is the half order despite paying full price for the sandwich. It’s highly inconsistent and it seems to be tied to the time that I enter the restaurant. I tend to get a better meal when I come in at 11:00 am or after 1:30 pm than when I enter during the peak lunch period. Other misses include the one time I ordered steamed vegetables and it tasted like as though they steamed them in vinegar. I called them out on it and they made it right by providing me with another bowl of vegetables. Still, though, it’s made me wary so I make sure I taste the vegetables before the server leaves the table. While, my misses maybe anecdotal in nature, I must admit that the food tastes good and is consistent with any other Jason’s Deli that you may visit. Barring my singular experience with the vinegar tasting vegetables, the steam vegetables have been consistent in my subsequent orders. The fruit is fresh and does not look over or under ripe. The biggest hit at this Jason’s Deli is, of course, the salad bar. The salad bar is well stocked and all items are very fresh. None of the lettuce or spinach appear wilty and none of the vegetables appear overripe. The restaurant dedicates one of their staff to maintaining the salad bar so he or she will often be cleaning the area after other customers, stocking items, and refilling the bar with ice. Everything within the bar tastes great! My only tip is that you come to Jason’s around 11:30 before the big lunch rush starts. This ensures that you have a table. The restaurant is pretty noisy during the lunch rush so don’t expect any sort of quiet time time to yourself.

I popped into this location with my mother on a Sunday afternoon. We were sweaty and tired from yard work and wanted some hardy deli food to reward ourselves. We opened the entrance to Jason’s at around 1:30, and immediately we’re standing in line. We wanted to peruse a menu to make the most of our time, but the little plastic menu holder bins all along the waiting area were empty. I didn’t want the dozen or so people in front of me to think I was«cutting» so I didn’t go to front to grab one. After about ten minutes we were near the front counter and were able to grab a menu. I selected a Plain Jane baked potato, my mother decided on the manager’s special of a half southwestern sandwich and some fruit. On the menu for the manager’s special, the options with the half sandwich said clearly«sides are chips or fruit.» We make it to the counter to order. I ask for the Plain Jane, and when my mother asks for her manager’s special, the man behind the register asks«would you like a side salad?» My mother replies«Oh I didn’t know that was a choice. Sure, I’ll take a side salad.» We pay for our food and head for a table. The place is packed. There are a few empty tables, but they still have dirty places and used napkins on them. Where are the busers? We manage to snag a coveted empty booth. We wait for our food. And wait. As we’re waiting, around minute 15, my mother looks at our receipt and exclaims«They charged me $ 2.00 extra for the side salad! They didn’t say it would cost extra.» So that was disappointing. 20 minutes later, we get our food placed in front of us. My Plain Jane is so covered in a solid inche of little squares of fake bacon bits you can hardly tell it was a baked potato under there. And my mother’s managers special is an overstuffed sandwich… covered in ruffles potato chips. «Excuse me, I ordered a side salad.» she says to our server. «oh, they didn’t give you a salad plate? Oh wait– it’s like a made salad we make?» The server stammers. He looks to be in high school and has an honest face. The salad being left wherever it was is probably not his fault. Besides, the restaurant is so loud we can barely hear him. «I can like, bring you a new salad– I’ll put that order in again,» the server says. «Don’t worry about it– chips are fine.» My mother coincides. We didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes for a salad. We start to eat our food, and I discover I wasn’t given a fork. I get up and head over to the drink station/salad bar area. There are bins of spoons, knives and straws, but two empty bins where forks should be. I squeeze my way through the people lined up for drinks and salads to the end of the cafeteria-esque counter and ask a worker in a polo(I guess a manager) «Excuse me, y’all are out of forks and I need one, please.» «Oh sorry sweetheart,» the middle aged man says. «let me get you one my darling.» He swivels around to a back counter and hands me a fork. I ignore the inappropriate terms of affection and just hope he’d recently washed his hands. I dug through my fake bacon bits and the potato underneath was pretty good. It of course tastes good, it was swimming in butter, sour cream and cheese. There was also a full handful of green onions mixed in which obviously lent a powerful onion taste to everything. I didn’t finish my Plain Jane. My mother said her southwestern sandwich was good, but the chunks of chicken were too large and kept falling out the sides and back. She ended up borrowing my fork to finish her meal. We decided to get our free ice cream cones on the way out… but the vanilla soft serve was the yellowest I’ve ever seen vanilla soft serve be… That didn’t get eaten. Most Jason’s Delis I have been too have been wonderful, yummy food in a huge portion. Not this time… I haven’t given up on Jason’s, but I don’t think I’ll return to this location if I have a choice.

This is my «home» Jason’s location. The one I go to, especially when I want to get my salad on. This location is especially good at keeping their salad bar fresh and well stocked. They also make good Jason’s salads, pastas, soups and such. I have never had a problem with service here either. Things come out hot, fast, and right. It can get really, really crowded here at peak times, especially weekday lunch. Be prepared to look for a spot and if you’re alone, consider sharing a table with another singleton, you may have to. It can also get super loud at peak times, so this is not a place to come for a quiet meal or to have an in depth conversation with your hearing impaired spouse or friend. Parking right in front may be a challenge, but there are plenty of spots over near Starbucks and the walk is short.

Always very clean and friendly staff. Gets a little crowded during lunch, but the line moves quickly and the food brought to you pretty fast as well. Very fresh ingredients, and a large salad bar. Tons of variety and very clean. Just wish the women’s restroom was a little bigger.
