KFC

If I could give 0 stars I would. My man wanted this for dinner (I grabbed something else on the way). We arrive and wait for a few minutes behind 1 car and after a few minutes at the speaker with dead silence she says that she would be right with us. 10 minutes later we are still there with no response so I say hello a few times, nothing. I then ask if she is okay, you know maybe she is getting robbed or got sick. Nothing. 15 minutes sitting at the damn box… drive to the window, the 1 car (yes 1 car) is siting there. We finally pull up to the window and she is looking at me like I am an alien life form that she has never seen before. I explain that we were sitting at the box for 15 minutes with no response. She stated she had to make 4 drinks for the car in front of us… whatever. Order his food, which was like being stabbed in the eye because she wasn’t sure what was going on, she had this pained look on her face like I am actually harming her by ordering food. Takes my card, gives me a drink and leaves the window, goes to chat with someone in the lobby and has a sleeve of lids slinging them around and then goes into the lobby. Still in the drive through 15 more minutes later… I honk, nothing. Finally she graces us with her presence again. I ask for a manager and explain what is going on. She gives me some wedges. I mean really!!! What is wrong with kids these days? I have worked in fast food in my teens and early 20’s. Customer service is terrible in almost every fast food place you go to now. It’s really not difficult and you don’t really have to think that much. You even type in the amount of money someone gives you and it will calculate the change. Have some respect for yourself and your customers.

Pass it up! GO TO THE CHURCHES CHICKEN across the street. They took 15 minutes to rake my order even though no one was doing anything. Worst service ever. Never coming back. Cleanliness was any there only thing the establishment had going for it self. Other than that. You can pass

This was the worst KFC I have ever been to. First it is new and very clean and the people were friendly but the food was very poor.
I ordered a two piece with Mac and cheese, corn and an extra biscuit. The chicken was odd. It was extremely salty which I have never experienced before and under the skin it was grey like the coating had gotten wet after cooking. I was so grossed out I just threw it away. The mac and cheese was good but the corn was very rubbery lile it was old. The biscuit had no butter or really any flavor and was a little under cooked. I would never go back to this location. I should have went to popeyes.

I went through the drive –thru. The service was good, and i cant comment on anything else.
