Good old fashion hotdog hit the spot, it was good you don’t even have to get outta the car most places the servers come right up to the car o skates

Just awful. I can’t comment on the quality of the food or drinks since our presence was never acknowledged. People in front of us ordered, paid, were served, and drove off while we were entirely ignored. They were not in the least bit busy, either. After a good ten minutes of waiting to place our order we gave up and tried a different location down the road. I will never attempt to patronize this Sonic again and I recommend that you give it a miss, too.

Not only did they take 40 minutes to deliver two hot dogs. And mind you we have worked at Sonic and now the hot dogs are cooking in the steamer. So there’s no reason for that and there was no change for 20. Friday during the holiday break of all places and then she had a right to cop an attitude when she left she left us with two nasty Coneys and one napkin

Horrible just horrible service. Complained about losing points on a mystery shopper and wonders why?

So I have to say this is my favorite sonic to visit in the area! Whenever they give me my slush or shakes, they taste so sweet and fresh. While the other one done the road has some strange sour flavor to like every slush or shake.
I enjoy how quick the service is and how close it is to my school and home. Whenever I’m craving something quick, they’re the first I head too.

I want to start by saying I LOVE Sonic. This location on the other hand is Aweful. When I went there First they got my order wrong then refused to fix the issue without wanting me to pay more for them to do so. Next, the form of payment I used was CC which was before the order arrived and they kept the money AND my food. I pass this place all the time and I have noticed that when the Jack in the Box has a long Drive in line the sonic Might have one or two customers at most. Which tells me their customer service is normally that bad. Go to the Sonic on Will Clayton it is not that far away and much better service.
