The people who work at this store are horrible, unprofessional, rude and racist! I would not spend your money at this store unless you enjoy being treated like shit!

Staff and customer service at this location are extremely disorganized. I called the night before and arranged to have a specific sweater put on hold for pick up the following day. After driving an hour, one way, to pick it up, no sweater was on hold and the rest were sold out. «Can’t find it. Sorry.» was all I got. Awesome.

Won’t step foot in this store again. Due to a warehouse mistake, a large item never arrived at my home. I was given the option to pay for it once more and pick up in store, while waiting 7 days for a refund on the other. Not the stores fault at all. What is the fault of the store is how I was treated from the moment I walked in. The order was placed at 7:30am. They opened at 7. I came at 11:45. It wasn’t ready, I tried to be patient but was told that since they technically have until noon to do the orders, I would just have to wait. «I have 15 minutes left, and I’m gonna use it lady.» When this order was placed I was told it would take 2 hours to complete. I even offered to get the item off the shelf myself to help them.
This review would be several pages long if I went through the whole story. But the absolutely rude staff, unkempt store, and manager who said I should go to bed bath and beyond if I want good service, really made sure that I now take my business elsewhere. I even had a friend in the store at the time witness this, she left her very full basket of items in the aisle, also never to return again.

This kohls is the biggest and nicest kohls I have been to in the area, I can always be expect a large selection of clothes with great deals!

2^nd time I have gone in to buy jeans (first time didn’t find a thing, looked like a bomb went off in that area), worst merchandising ever! all different styles and sizes in the same bin, spent 30 minutes and only found 1 in my size (there may have been more but I didn’t have an hour to spend looking for another), only one cashier working, had to walk to women side to get help. and then was $ 65 bucks. Taking them back tomorrow and going to J.C. Penny, there $ 20 bucks cheaper there.
Worst Kohl’s I have ever been in and will never go back.

Good place to fine small sizes like 0. Like the purse selection. Always can find a deal on some app. Can’t go n without buying something.

This is a good kohls. Good selection, clean, the staff is good (not super friendly but not rude). They have a great return policy. They always have stuff on sale, if it’s not, return the next week it will be.

Pretty nice store and the people are friendly. During the holidays and sale dates it can et crazy but that is everywhere. I haven’t have any problems at this store. Good selection of items but can be pricey without coupons etc.

I know sales can be hectic and departments can get messy. I went on a Sunday and it was more messy than usual. The dressing rooms were full with discarded clothing. Some of the staff were unprofessional, yelling across the racks and asking were all the radios were. Their tone was a bit loud. It was hard to find my items and sizes.

Poor service. I went there 730 pm doors locked sales person or manager Hispanic lady with long Brown hair just looked at me from inside and shook her head as if I should know why they were closed on a Thursday night at 730pm. There was no sign on door explaining anything. She did not even bother to come to the door or acknowledge my inquiry as to why they were closed. Won’t be back!

I quite liked this Kohl’s location. There were plenty of clearance racks with some reasonable selections to wear. Service was quick and friendly. Can’t ask for much more – unless it’s a free shopping spree, but not holding my breath on that one! Coincidentally, the receipt does extend to customers to take a survey to have their names placed in a monthly $ 1000 drawing.
All in all, good place to enjoy a random browse for bargains!

This location is a bit slower than the others, so it often has stock left in sizes that other stores may be out of.
That said, since they are slower, they CLEARLY have less payroll. The store is messy and things are rarely put back in the right spot. If you like digging, then this is the place for you. If not, stick with the one in Humble.
