Excellent service! I get manicures and pedicures here and I’m always in and out within 1.5 hours. It always looks great, techs could at least pretend to recognize you, but hey they see tons of ppl a day. Other than that, it’s very clean and they make sure to ask exactly what you want!

I love this place and have been coming here since they’ve opened, but the only downside is that they are always packed, so your best bet is to make and appointment or be there as soon as they open at 9. Other than that I love it here

I am new to Texas and didn’t think getting my nails done here would be any different than back home, but apparently I was wrong. I told the lady I wanted a gel mani/​pedi and showed her a picture of what I wanted, she nodded and said ok. She then gave me a regular pedicure with nail polish and I didn’t realize what happened until it was too late to correct her so I just went with it. When she got to my nails I said I wanted a Shellac mani and then she said oh oh ok, I guess they know shellac not gel (it was gel polish that she used not shellac). So, I ended up changing the colors for my nails because after seeing my toes I realized she obviously didn’t know how to replicate the look. The nails looked good, but 4 days later 5 of my nails have chipped. I am so disappointed since I rarely get my nails and toes done because I have two small children and never have time, what a waste of my alone time and money.

Best mani pedi I have had since I moved to Houston over a year ago. Staff is very friendly and professional. Love the kid pedicure chairs, definitely going to bring my daughter the next time I go. The problem I have had with manicures in Houston is the cuticle work is always subpar. My cutucles require some effort to push back but without doing so my nail beds ate way too short. I appreciate the good work! We will definitely be back.

This is my go to nail salon. Julie and Cynthia are truly masters at what they do. I would definitely recommend this salon.

I have been here several times. The technicians are very friendly and they take time to ensure that you enjoy the job their doing. They are all professional so it doesn’t matter who you get; the job will be done well. I guess I should mention that I only get pedicures and the wine ;-)

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I cannot believe how cruel the Wax Technician was to have burned ny daughters eyelids. I have called and sent pictures to Lily the owner and still have not received any apology or response because of this.

My husband and I started a tradition of getting pedis on Valentines. Last year was his first pedi ever and he enjoyed the experience at Lilly’s. He suggested we go back this year.
After this year’s experience, neither one of us will ever go back there. We had to wait after making appointment. They sat us in the chairs and we waited again… until the water was cold. They never offered us anything to drink and ignored my husband the two times he asked. When they were «finished» with me, there was a line on my big toe and had to fix my own polish!
The only thing they asked me the whole time was «what color?» Not a good experience at all. After working in the service industry for years, we tipped $ 0!!! I tip for service and it was horrible. There are too many nail salons in the area to choose from. We certainly won’t be back…

I have now been to Lily’s at least twice. this time was for waxing of the brows! The girl was very nice and I she did a nice job of shaping the brows. But once I got home and settled in. I noticed that I got burnt! Not a fan of that at all. I think it may have been just a bad reaction/​fluke.
In regards to nail jobs. the first time we went we had mani/pedi’s! We had to ask them to retouch/​fill in areas missed. The shop is nice and large and seems to accomodate but I really don’t think I’ll be back again. Sucks too because they are so close to home!

These people are really pushy and will continue to harrass you until they talk you into getting services that you do not even want. I will never go back their. They can keep their over priced NOT WORTH MONEY services and the cheap wine they serve.
