The girl who tried matching my make up was snooty and really not suited for customer service. IDK how she got hired cause she had resting bitch face 24⁄7. Not one smile. Or welcoming gaze.
When I preferred one shade over her recommended shade, she rolled her eyes. I was planning on buying a type of Mac foundation, but now preferring NARS over this brand. Boo

Worst Mac experience I ever had! I was told by Paula that if I came in at 10:30am that Maggie would be able to do my makeup! (1pm flight) I get there at 10:20 and Maggie has a disgusting attitude saying she won’t do my makeup because she has to get ready for her 11am appointment. I have been shopping at make for over 5 years. I will never come to this location ever again!!!
