Told me my order was 2 hours from being delivered. I had friends who used to work at a Pizza Hut outta state and they would pull this crap to get people to call and cancel their orders. This just goes to prove this store has a bunch of lazy people working there. That’s the last time I order from them.

Only giving one star because I can’t give 0, pizza is undercooked, in the oven as I type this and happens frequently, didn’t have the extra toppings I ordered again, didn’t come with the extra sauces I ordered and payed for, I called to file a complaint and they said a manager would call me right back… Never ordering from here again. Oh… And I tipped the driver 9 $ and she hauled ass to her car without saying thanks or have a good night or anything, snatched it out of my hand and literally ran to her car… definitely should have checked Unilocal a year ago on this location before ordering from them a few times.

Delivery is horrible! Are used to order from these guys all the time but this is the last straw. If they’re not forgetting to bring something on your order the wait time is excessively long. On two occasions they forgot to bring the breadsticks with my pasta, on three occasions they brought the wrong kind of soda, and I can’t count how many times delivery has been over an hour and a half. Time to go to Papa John’s.

Where do I start. Terrible service, pizza on the floor, they didn’t have clean silverware, out of breadsticks. This would be a good candidate for under boss.

I used to go here often as I like their thin crust, but the last three times I picked up my pizza everything seemed rather skimpy. I understand selling a $ 10 pizza, but come on, if you can’t maintain the quality, then don’t sell a $ 10 pizza.
Asked for extra sauce, did not get it and there was an area one inch around the entire circumference of the pizza where there was nothing but crust… really?
Anyway, used to love it, but now I take my business to Brooklyn Pizzeria in Humble. It’s a lirrle further drive, but the pizza is done right.

You can normally judge the big chains on the quality of service you receive, since the food is pretty standard. The quality of service from this location the last time we ordered was really awful. Well over an hour to deliver a pizza and some wings, and when it finally arrived they gave us the wrong wings.
The driver was then condescending about the wait. Just, all around, a terrible experience. Looks like Dominos has another customer!
