The hubby and I moved into a foreclosure home where the former owners left nothing behind… not even blinds. I guess they couldn’t afford to buy paint either because eventhough the house was 3 years old, everything was still «builder beige.»
Sherwin Williams has friendly staff who will share their opinion if you want it, or keep their mouths shut if you don’t. I also love their color match technology. You can bring in some old paint, a fabric swatch, an old shoe… anything, and they can match it. It worked perfectly to create a match to touch up nasty spots. They also carry a complete line of brushes and accessories to get the job done. It’s slightly more expensive than the hardware store, but it’s much faster and closer.
My house is now has burgundy, gold, blue, and lavender. Yea!
They frequently have sales, so keep an eye out and stock up for your next project.
