Worst wing stop I’ve ever been to. It was just. Less than. I only eat at this one out of desperation.

This is the worst Wing Stop I have ever been to. My order has never been correct here. Ordered 10pc boneless 5-garlic parmesan and 5-Louisiana rub. I got bone in wings that were original. They refused to remake it. I always call and order over the phone and just pay when I pick up, but now they won’t place my order unless I pay over the phone. Haha. No. Whoever they have on the phone is illiterate and just stutters. Pick someone else to answer your phone! I didn’t ask for anything free I just wanted a meal re-made and they couldn’t even do that. So I will never do business here ever again due to them not processing an order unless I pay immediately over the phone, poor customer service, and just flat out ignorance. Whoever the manager is should do better interviews because some of the staff here shouldn’t even be staffed. Good customer service is a must if you want to run a successful franchise/business. I guess that’s why the Unilocal rating sucks for this location. I hope whoever is in charge of this franchise get’s the staff in order and proper training.

I placed my order on-line. When I arrived the cashier was more concerned about finishing his wing than getting my order. I hope he was a new employee because he didn’t know what he was doing. The wings were ok(a little greasy) and the fries were terrible. The were extremely peppery and very soggy. I was disappointed because Wing Stop always has the best fries. They didn’t even give me any ranch. I will go back to Wing Stop-just not this location.

I will not be coming back to this wing stop. There wings were so dry and they take for ever. I had been here once before and thought ok let me give them one more chance and the same thing .will not come back here again. Waist of my money.

Being a fan of Wingstop for the most part, it pains me to give this location a not-so-great review. Not much went right during my experience here. Our group of around 8 placed an online order and was told our food would be ready on 20 minutes(if my memory serves me right). In any case, I went to pick up the food at the stated time only to be told that it was not yet ready. They didn’t give me a time frame but invited me to have a seat while I waited for our order. When I arrived, there was one other party in the dining area: a mother with 2 young kids. A few minutes after I took a seat, another gentleman came in and placed a «dine in» order and grabbed a table. I’ll be darned if he didn’t get his food first and they also brought some more food out to the lady and her kids who had been sitting there when I arrived. All told, it must have been another 20 – 25 minutes after I got there before our order was ready. While I was waiting, I just so happened to observe everything going on behind the counter because you have an unobstructed view into the kitchen. I see one worker diligently working, frantically flipping wings in various large stainless steel bowl, each apparently containing different flavors. While he was doing that, I see another young guy casually walking around to the front to grab himself a fountain drink before he just as casually walked outside. Perhaps it was time for his break but I guess it would have been nice if he could have helped with our order(which wasn’t just wings) before he ran out for a smoke. The young lady who was working the register and who had asked me to have a seat apparently picked up on my displeasure at having to wait(I didn’t make any comments or make a frumpy face or anything) and she was nice enough to offer me a fountain drink. Being that I wasn’t in the mood for a soda, I declined but I was thankful for at least her small gesture to help ameliorate things. Finally, the food was ready and I pay and run back to where our group was(which is literally two minutes away). As starving as we all were by then, we setup everything and dug right in. Sadly, the quality of the food was poor. A couple of the wing orders/flavors were not«wet”/saucy — they were flavored with some powder and the powder was all clumped onto some of the wings and not coating many of the other wings in that batch at all. The fries were somehow already cold and a tad soggy. Who likes that? This location would do well to survey their processes or risk losing customers. My sis and bro-in-law also complained of a less than decent experience during their last visit to this location, so my experience was apparently not an isolated one. If the place was packed and they were understaffed or something, perhaps I could understand. But when you are not that busy and have a staff of at least 4(that I could count) there is no reason for the wait or the poor quality of the food. I don’t see myself coming back here. There are FAR too many other options in this area(Beltway 8& Wilson Road) and that may end up being the death of this Wingstop location if they don’t turn around things pronto.

It’s a fairly new location in the Fall Creek area. This was my second visit, the wings are in such high demand at the Wallisville location so thought I’d give this one a try. Ordered online at 10:45 am for pickup at 5pm and was not disappointed. Showed up at 5:10. My order was hot, fresh and ready! Place was full on Saturday evening, tried the spicy Korean bbq, Louisiana rub, cajun and mango habanero. Favorite was the classic Cajun. Sides tend to be smaller than average, so ordered 2 potato salads. Cajun flavored with cayenne pepper and touch of oregano. Just the right amount of crispness. Not bad for a weekend pick me up. I would go again!

This location is very very VERY slow on their orders. I called in an order and still had to wait over an hour to receive it. I will not be returning to this location.

There really slow with the orders, I called in for a 12pc wings wet and when I went to pick them up after 45m they still weren’t done with my order not to mention when I did receive them they weren’t even wet. The wings were dry and when I asked the lady to have them with more sauce she charged me!, for extra sauce!!. My fries were over cooked, honestly it’s a nice place for an establishment but the people that work there are bad at what they do, and they looked like there having a bad day and they hate there job.

Found a screw, yes a SCREW, at the bottom of our basket of fries. We haven’t had an exceptional experience at this one yet but have chalked it up to being a new location and still getting it together. EDIT: we called and let them know. Manager was very nice and credited our order and is going to check the equipment!

This place just takes way too long to make your order. This was on a Saturday. Minimum wait time to dine in was about 30 min. It appears they juggle the orders around.

First and probably the last time we will visit here. Ordered online and was told order would be ready at 6:55. Arrived there around 6:52 and at 7:19 we walked out with food. Almost 25 minutes late. When my husband told the guy at the counter he was there for our food the guy acted as though he was looking for it and literally just started doing other things. MUCH later another woman came over and got his name and then just walked over and grabbed our food. WTF??? How long had it been sitting there??? Cold and soggy fries and wings? No thank you.
