We had a pretty large and complex flooring job completed by Showcase this week (we have a two year old and needed to disrupt his sleeping patterns as little as possible and we had hardwood floors already in part of the house we needed to match with the flooring we had put down) and they did an unbelievable job in making it all work. From the estimate to the finishing touches on the job, everyone we came in contact with from Showcase was meticulous in making sure all our questions and concerns were answered, the work was done to an extremely high standard, and the work was done as if they were working in their own home. I was pleasantly surprised how little I had to clean up after the workers left. Our neighbors had flooring done by a competing company and they left the house a mess. Not with Showcase! It was immaculate after they finished, everything put back to where it was before, and they didn’t leave until we were happy.
After just going through a flooring job in our house, I understand the concerns it can create. These concerns were all for naught as Showcase delivered an extremely pleasant experience and product. I HIGHLY recommend them for all your flooring needs.
