Seriously. There is no payment kiosk and they charge a 1.50 for payments. You have to be buzzed in an customer service sucks. Ill be driving the extra 5 miles to get better customer service

The representatives in the store were very courteous and friendly, especially Albert, who was extremely informative about the best devices for my needs, which I appreciate. However, it’s a small operation; it has limited devices to choose from – at least the size of the building made it seem like a small operation! I’d go here just to get some honest techie insight on a new device, but would probably buy at a full service Sprint or online.
