Sprout Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics

This was my first visit here. This place is ridiculously unorganized!!! The waiting area is tiny and everyone is packed in there seeing a tiny tv. The workers seemed lost and like they were all new. ONce you get to the back they juggle you from one chair to next. Never did a dentist talk to me about my kids oral examination. They sent them to a hygienist and then when it came time to check out, the front staff desk just stared at me like I was the lost one! The only dentist I saw was being juggled between chair to chair without washing her hands just applying disinfectant. The back is set up like a production line with just chairs right next to each other with no privacy at all. Everyone can see what they are doing to the next person. No privacy at all.

Definitely the best dentist office I have been to, which I have been to many to try to find the best Dentist so that my twin girls can get braces. I really trust their recommendation, they perform quality work and EVERYONE is very professional! There isn’t a long wait whenever you have a scheduled appointment. You never feel rushed when Dr Banks is working on you. I can tell that they really care about their patients and that’s something you rarely find these days! They have never disappointed us! Office is very clean and just recently updated which looks great. All staff that we have had contact with have been very extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Carlos the office Manager is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing and he worked with us on getting the best price and worked with our budget to get on a payment plan since I was getting two sets of braces for my twins. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great Dentist so come here you will not regret it, we have been very satisfied with there work.
So stop this is the place to come for your next dentist appointment !!!

First time here, came early BC we are new here and I know I have to fill out paperwork. That was a mistake, we waited for an hour an half just to do an exam. After the exam, we waited another 30 for the dentist to see my daughter.
All the staff were very friendly and I can tell they are very good with kids. R
