Starbucks

Frapuccinos taste like water. Took 2 attempts and no dice. Staff was friendly. Also ran out of caramel drizzle.

After going to a different Starbucks on Louetta and being ignored, I came in here.
This place is nice, clean, i was greeted right away, and treated really well.

The afternoon service was horrible today. Made my fiances drink wrong twice. Shorted Two venti teas, there’s two fingers of tea missing from each cup. this team didn’t have it together today.

This Starbucks is the closest to my home and over all is the best one I like to go to. The employees are always nice and helpful even if u make 5 separate orders so you can earn more reward stars. You never feel rushed there and has a good vibe.

Batistas always get my order right and in a timely manner. Could be friendlier but as long as they get my order right, I’m not stressing

Love the popcorn! Never any issues here. Staff is always professional and working hard.

Time to Re~Review this location that used to be my favorite spot. This was my 2^nd review when I started here on Unilocal & it has really taken on a big change since then. There’s only 1 original employee still at this location, & a few, VERY FEW that have still been here over the past year.
Mornings…only come if you have PLENTY of time on your hands. The drive-​thru is so backed up that people cannot get out of two of the exits that are provided. I brought my cousin here on the 26^th of December & when we got in line she said, «Dang! This would never fly at our location in Deerpark!» Hmmm… that’s pretty bad seeing as how they only have ONE location & Spring has more then 3!!!
If I’m going to go through all the trouble of telling you how I want my drink, & you’re going to take the time to write my wants down on the cup, I’m thinkin it should come out how I ask for it. It’s def hit or miss… most times… miss.
I’ve tried giving the fact that management has changed a chance at this location, but it seems it’s not getting better… if anything, it’s just getting more new employees each time I come. & those of you that know me, know I come A LOT!
Hopefully one day in the future I’ll be able to bump those 2 stars back up to 5… but for now, I’m sorry, it’s only a 2 star Starbucks.

No issues, expensive coffee, in and out minus $ 5 in just a couple of minutes! lol

This is my first time at this store. I came to this store around 9pm sept. 12, 2011. ordered a vanilla bean frappuccino and a the ICED MARBLE MOCHA MACCHIATO. Normally they would ask if i would like to a coffee to come with the vanilla bean frappuccino, but they didn’t so i said that «no coffee» and the order taker said it don’t come with it. so we leave it like that. Now, when it comes to my ICED MARBLE MOCHA MACCHIATO, when they handed it to me, it was just a plain ICED MOCHA and it’s way too sweet than what i had before. At first, i was thinking, that maybe they stirred it for me so while i was leaving this location, i took a sip and it’s not a what i ordered. For some people /​customers will let this go but for a customer who is first time at visiting this location i assumed that they know how to make what a customer ordered. I went to 1501 FM 1960 BPE Humble, TX 77 338 its on FM 1960 and wilson rd. asked the employee who taking my order if this is how they make the ICED MARBLE MOCHA MACCHIATO (while showing him what i had from this store) and the looked on his face seems that he already knew what’s the problem. The guy said that it looks like just a plain ICED MOCHA. He was kind enough to make me FREE, YES i said FREE VENTI ICED MARBLE MOCHA MACCHIATO of what i should had gotten in the first place. They just made my night. For ending my review in this store? I’VE EXPERIENCED BETTER! If not, Greater /​Best.

I enjoy this particular starbucks for it’s great coffee and friendly faces. }|{
