Got Matcha Green Tea Latte medium for $ 4.82 during my two hour layover. To be honest, the taste is just average for the price. I’d like it to be a bit sweeter. May choose Vanilla Matcha Latte next time as an alternative to Starbucks.

I had a «Matcha Green Tea Latte» to-go. This place is nice & convenient, & the staff are helpful. It is located in a food court area with other easy places to eat. I ordered an actual meal from a different restaurant, but I came to Peets for my drink. The drink was tasty & nicely-textured. I would order it again, if back in the neighborhood!

Coffee much better than the alternatives. On the other hand, they obviously don’t get freshly roasted beans, and is so much $$lier than regular Peets. If they actually had a presence in TX it would improve things significantly.
You can get some tea as well, and it is surely the best tea in IAH, despite being in sachets, not loose leaf.

Always nice to see something that;s not a Starbucks. But this NW chain is getting to be just as annoying.
Is it just me or can anyone not taste any difference in coffee quality here or Starbucks?

Love that there is a Peet’s available in Houston! Yay! Most other coffee choices here are Starbuck’s.
The coffee was OK, but they made my husband’s soy latte with sweetened soy milk. I don’t think I’ve been to a Peet’s in California that does that. Hubbie didn’t like it and ended up taking my coffee. I ended up filling my tummy with sweet soy latte and I prefer nonfat milk lattes personally.

Had a very good coffee and a good muffin here during a long layover. For an airport, the prices were reasonable, too. This is a good option at the Houston airport.

Just wanted to confirm that it is in fact still open. I dislike Terminal B, but at least you can get a good coffee and Blue Bell ice cream!

Okay, hands down one of the best small lattes in town. Two shots of espresso from truly good coffee beans makes the dif.
Friendly staff remembers me even though I’m there only a couple of times a month.
Love the location (Court Street nr. Higuera, a half block down from Firestone/Woodstocks), love the smell in the shop, and always a good experience.
