Soooooo slow. Always long lines. I had to skip shopping here many times. Even if it is short line at the time, it would take too long.

Tiny little donut shop located near Terminal E. I had a sugar donut and hot chocolate. Both were great for breakfast and I was very impressed with the HC. The service was speedy and they had good variety of choices considering the size of the shop. On the day I visited there were no cinnamon coated donuts, my favorite. Blah.

I came here to grab my quick late lunch around 1pm, I didn’t have to wait at all and my two wake up wraps were ready in timely fashion. My healthy egg white wraps tasted like your typical fast food — not bad but not impressive neither. I ordered a small ice tea and my total meal cost under 5 bucks. That’s a good deal in the airport! I would come back if I passed by this store and when it’s not busy.

Very disappointed. They charged me for extra items and then said they didn’t know how to give a refund… then asked me if I wanted extra donuts to give out to people since I paid for them anyway. Um… NO. Waited over 15 minutes to have them figure out how to do a refund. It’s an airport. Who has time for this?! Not me.

Other than the very snail like service the food is consistently good and fresh. Its worth waiting 30 – 45 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. I would suggest they hire more employees who can work at a fast pace to get customers in and out. If you don’t have a long lay over this is not the place to visit between the hours of 630 a.m.- 11a.m.

Coffee and doughnuts; nothing impressive. This is Dunkin Donuts at the IAH airport and NOT the Dominique Ansel Bakery in NYC, ya’ll! We should not expect too much from a chain donuts shop, right?! Might be a good place for quick breakfasts or when you have a sweet tooth to satisfy. Both of the Bavarian cream and Oreo cheesecake donuts that I have tried are good but a tad Too Sweet! Lol

Asked for a bagel. Got a huge sigh of inconvenience and a look to kill. I said«too much of a pain in the ass?» She said. «Yes it’s only me back here.» She apologized but I walked away frustrated. We only have so much time between flights. DD hire more staff or don’t bother putting it on the menu. It’s rude and lazy.

Being from New York and now living in San Francisco, I always miss my Dunkin Donuts fix. This location is your typical airport DD but it’s small and selection of donuts can vary from a lot to nothing depending on the time of day. Prices are higher than normal and coming from a place where there’s DD on almost every corner, this place isn’t worth it for donuts. However, I always get my iced coffee fix here because although the price is high, at least I can get a 24oz or 32oz drink. I wouldn’t get donuts here unless you’re just craving something sweet. The«cronut» they have available is also ridiculously priced and definitely not the same as the originals in NYC. The line can get long too but the workers do their best I suppose. I only go if I see 2 – 3 people online but any more than that and you’re looking at a decent wait time.

The wait was short. Workers still seem tired and not lively at 5:30am. Donuts are nothing special. I am from the west coast and have had dunkin donuts in LV, DC, and now IAH. I really enjoy the salted caramel hot chocolate. I wish the medium was a little bigger it looks like a small. Overall the donut I could care less for but it’s something to try.

I was very excited to see that IAHFINALLY added a Dunkin’ Donuts. However, after my visit there, I wish they wouldn’t have. First of all, I waited 30 minutes in line for one stinking cup of coffee. They had two people working, who went at their own pace, totally disorganized, and just oblivious to the fact that this is an airport and people have flights to catch. Then, they have some RIDICULOUS policy about not accepting the DDPerks card?! And the prices were A LOT higher than most DD stores. I mean just outrageous. If I have a layover in Houston again, I will NOT be patronizing this establishment again. I’ll wait to get my coffee.

Wake up and smell the coffee. You need more help at 5am. The process of getting a simple coffee with or without a donut, bagel or wrap shouldn’t take more than a minute or two. The long line of anxious travelers should be the telltale sign you aren’t staffed and scheduled properly for opening. Waiting 10 minutes or more is ridiculous customer service. Coffee is always hot and good.

Hands down the slowest worst dunkin doughnuts that I have ever been to. The cashier and person making the meals were having a conversation that was way more important than anyone on line. Saw several leave as the cashier seemed to roll her eyes when ever she took an order. Will not be back.

So I apologize for being a west-coaster and not having the Dunkin affinity that my friends on the East Coast have. I haven’t been able to understand the hype nor get the excitement. This location was no different. I preface this with the fact that I went at 7pm on a cross country layover. It was my 7 year old daughter’s birthday and she was traveling all day. I had to figure something out for a birthday dessert, I couldn’t let myself be a totally pathetic dad. The location is easy to spot in the terminal but has an incredibly awkward entrance/exit. It’s basically an extremely narrow room with one lane in and one lane out. Not a place to be when crowded and you have to get out fast. When I was there, there were only two people ahead of me and very small selection of donuts(probably due to time of day). Regardless it still took too long to order. It’s a good thing I had time to kill between flights. The clerk seemed to be working alone and frankly didn’t seem like she was enjoying the work experience. And frankly the location isn’t exactly screaming«hey this is a great place to be.» They have different specials advertised and different ways to buy donuts but none are intuitive and I had to ask more questions about it than I would have expected. When I ordered, I had the choice between 4 different kinds of donuts. When I finally had mine, it was pretty obvious they cook(or reheat, bake, whatever) their donuts only once a day and it was probably around 4 am or something like that. I would think a location with a 24⁄7 captive audience would bake donuts more than once a day. They were a bit stale and had a very plain and non-unique flavor. I love my donuts and I should known better than to get them from a large chain. But hey I was stuck at IAH and had to make the best of it.

Great last chance coffee stop between the United Club and Gate 11 in Terminal E. After spending several hours in this terminal and relaxing in the club this was a welcoming sight before I approach the gate to board the plane now the clubs coffee is not terrible but it doesn’t compare to DD. The staff today was friendly and provided excellent customer service and made a great cup of Java. I definitely will keep them in mind for the future.

If you open at five am, open at five am! There are planes to catch and a fifteen minute delay is not acceptable. You all need to get your act together. Should have gone to the United Club for free breakfast. I counted at least three customers you lost.

Look what business decided to join the George Bush International Airport(IAH) system! This waist waster, belly buster and caloric kicker will surely make your tongue happy… and consequently your waist and health sad with over indulgence. Let me get the frugal report out of the way! This place is too expensive, but hey, it’s the airport! With the crazy amount of money they pay for rent, you have to expect to pay more here. I must say that this new business is disorganized to say the least, at times! Let’s chalk that up to growing pains, but sometimes these guys are quite slow… and running out of lids for coffee yesterday… ha…that is funny! Please get your supplies together people! Please get your organization together so you can affectively move people in and out your store! Let’s talk food people… they have plenty of that. They decided that bagels and bagel sandwiches would be a good breakfast item to sale there… who would have thought that?!? Interestingly enough, you can ask them to make you a glazed donut breakfast sandwich, which is essentially egg and bacon in between 2 glazed donuts, and completely screw up your health for a few hours! There are plenty of donuts to choose from, which are running close to 80 cents apiece. Egg white flatbread sandwiches are truly flat and little, but fat on price. I really don’t like having a tiny sandwich and paying big prices for them. Screw all that though, you should just go for the donuts. A bag of mix donut holes, Munchkins, will make your soul happy. The holes are seemingly softer than the donuts to me, so I am really partial to them. I must admit that the blueberry donut is probably my favorite donut there though… such glazed awesomeness! All in all, if you are looking for a healthy option, don’t stop here, because you will just overly test your will power. Expect to pay an airport rate, and because they are new, expect to have some chinks in the armor when it comes to service. Time to make the donuts!
