Brookstone

I came here after the guy at the Retail Apple store was on his phone (either at Houston or Charlotte airport… I can’t remember) and was not attentive to helping me find ear phones. Went to Brookstone across the way and Sebastian helped me greatly. Got ear phones and he also showed me this great, cheap travel speaker to play music on. Also ended up getting a FitBit! He was very knowledgable, friendly and helpful!

Worst experience ever!!! Store manager Magby would not honor 30 return policy for a Beats headphone that I bought the same morning. The idiot would not acknowledge Brookstone’s own return policy posted next to the register. Started to say «get out of my store… I’ll call security and remove you from my building!!!» WTF, is this a corporate store or flea market store? All the store employees acknowledged the policy but was helpless to help because of their idiot manager…

When I reached my final destination, I was planning to exchange my fitbit flex that I purchased online at
which was not holding a charge. Since I had a short layover, I decided to pop in to ask about it and the Manager (Stuart I believe) overheard me asking the clerk and said «Take care of him!!!» and literally had a new flex in my wrist in 5 minutes. They both were AWESOME!!!

Did you forget your iPhone charger? Or realize your accommodations in Florida don’t come with a hairdryer? Or perhaps you just want to buy some sort of pointless electronic trinket for your kid?
Brookstone seems to have every possible electronic gadget that you may have forgotten or want to have, as well as an assortment of other comfort items. Fuzzy socks? Covered. Electronic toothbrush? Yep.
The prices are on par with other Brookstone stores, meaning it’s not too expensive but not super cheap either. I was able to get a basic hairdryer for $ 24. My husband bought a pair of in-​ear headphones with a splitter for $ 15.
Store size isn’t too bad either and the staff is friendly, always willing to answer any questions.

The store was ok. Kind of a smaller version… Got my other tempurpedic travel pillow here (this is the pillow that hangs around your neck). Again, the brookstone staff wanted to sell me some stupid crap (some stupid alarm clock that rocks…).
But, anways, got my pillow and left.
This travel pillow by the way is so awesome! It is really firm and stays around your neck. I had absolutely no neck pain after a 4 hour flight because the pilow kept my neck so straight. One way to use the pillow is to put the U in reverse form (so the hole of the pillow is in the back of your neck…)…this allows you to use a regular pillow to sleep on the seat of the plane. The pillow is really worth the investment.
