AWFUL customer service ! There are two Starbucks inside of the airport and the one right before you head onto the baggage claim seriously is the worst! Ashely, one of the cashiers, was so interested in gossiping with one of her co-workers she didn’t even take our order right. When we asked them to correct our drink they rolled there eyes and gave us nasty looks !!! I understand that they encounter travelers all the time but it doesn’t give you a right to be rude, for crying out loud if you don’t want to work and be polite then quit let someone else take your place. What a lovely warm welcome to Houston.

Rude, snobby, & condescending. Blatantly got my order wrong and when I politely tried to correct them the girl acted like I was the idiot. I was a Barista so I try to be sympathetic to the job, I’m not a coffee snob but maybe if I got the right order even after I tried to make the correction wouldn’t be such a big deal.

It’s Starbucks, what do I need to say? If you live in Austin, it’s obviously your backup b/c…well…it’s Austin! But when you need a massive cup of steaming delicious fair trade coffee within walking distance of your office on short notice — it’s great!

Just ordered a Soy vanilla Latte, as I always do, and I get a regular vanilla latte… I told the barista and I was ignored. The lady who took my order told me I didn’t say that and walked away… Very upset. Super rude staff, they give a bad rep to Starbucks. I’m sad I had to throw away my latte.

At the particular time I came through this Starbucks they were understaffed and under-stocked. I’m rating this based on Starbucks, and I’ve had better, though I’ve definitely had worse(I’m eyeing you Sbux at Detroit Metropolitan Airport). Realistically, once I got my coffee it was made just fine, I was just underwhelmed by the lack of options for a Starbucks and the wait for service to acknowledge me when I was the only person there.

This is for the Starbucks in Terminal E. I ordered a grande caramel frapp, no whip cream and a raspberry swirl cake. Service was great and personnel was nice. I got exactly what I asked for. Sometimes when I ask for no whip, I get the whip anyway. They remembered and I’m glad for it. The line was long, but of course, it’s the airport so nothing surprising there. Extra compliment to them for having a clean napkin and straw area. Most times they are laden with sugar, spilled coffee or paper. Overall good experience.

How do you mess up a Caramel Macchiato? Well these guys sure did. I’ve had a lot of Caramel Macchiatos at Starbucks over the years. This morning I got one for me and one for my wife. Failed on both of them. :0(

Iced coffee should be a pretty standard/simple order. Starbucks recipe calls for it to be sweetened with classic syrup. I’ll give them that I order a little differently, with soy milk and cinnamon powder on top(not that difficult and doesn’t mean I’d like to omit the sweetener). I was barely acknowledged by the gal that took my order, and when I asked if there was a cold water(I got a bottle) she told me what was in the case is what they had. Really? No cold water in the back? Usually if the case is broken for some reason Starbucks will usually keep it refrigerated somewhere. When I received my drink, the barista told me the cinnamon was on the side, ok fine I’ll do it myself. When I asked if she sweetened it, she said«with what?» I told her classic, she proceeded to pour out about an inch of my Venti drink to put 5 pumps of classic in it, and didn’t bother filling the rest up. They’ve got the corner on the coffee market in the terminal. If you’re desperate go for it, but you might be better off getting a bottled frappuccino from somewhere else.

Shorter lines here at Terminal C — the one at Terminal E has a long line that takes forever. Great place to grab some java before boarding your flight. And thankfully they still have the old scones instead of the awful LB baked goods.

This is a very well-run SBUX. Prices are your standard slightly-jacked-up airport prices, and the service can feel somewhat rushed, but the way they make your caps and fraps look like a well-oiled machine on an assembly line. If there’s a major downside, it would be that because space is so limited, and that there are two entrances into the small alcove in the middle of a busy terminal, the line gets kind of chaotic between those waiting for their orders and those waiting to place their orders. Seating space is also rather limited, but that’s okay since there’s ample airport seating around this location. The reason I docked a star off is because when I asked for my cream cheese danish to be toasted, the girl heated it facing down on the wax paper. The cream cheese ended up getting slightly burnt and stuck to the wax paper. I guess I should appreciate the slightly lower calories due to the wax paper stealing my cream cheese…

Not the most motivated staff here but despite their lack of enthusiasm somehow they get the job done. I agree with one of the other reviewers I wouldn’t trust them making me anything special here. I ordered a simple grande«no foam» latte and received a cup half filled with foam. When I rejected the product they seemed a bit disappointed that they would have to redo it under my untrusting watchful eye. Bottom line is they delivered the correct drink the second time around, the line moved slow and it appears they aren’t managed or trained very well. I witnessed several customers get frustrated and walk away so the owners are definitely taking a hit on their bottom line but it appears they aren’t paying much attention to anything here anyways.

Friendly service, they take credit, and they take Starbucks cards! They don’t seem to call out names at this location(Terminal C at IAH), but it’s not an issue as they’re usually not an obnoxious line to deal with. Even when there is, the staff moves folks through like nobody’s business.

NEXTTIMEJUSTSPITONMYFOOD this is for the E terminal starbucks the lady taking the order just refused to listen to me. i asked for a iced latte with 2 sugars in it. pointed and said sugars are over there. Duh simple physics here. sugar does not dissolve in a cold fluid. every person seems to know this. the barista spoke up and asked did i want raw or white. that issue handled. then asked for a bannana nut bread slice. she preceded to lick her fingers then grab the slice of bread. just nasty really this is just nasty. i dont know you i dont want your spit on my food. if you were my mom, ok. if you were my girlfriend/wife ok my daughters or even a good friend. I HAVENOIDEAWHOYOUAREDOYOUTHINK I WANTYOURSPITONMYFOOD. WHYNOTJUSTSTICKYOURTOUNGEINMYMOUTH. GROSSTHENYOUHAVETHENERVETOWASHYOURHANDSANDTRYANDGIVEMEANOTHERSLICE. NONONOBADDOG… then she thinks its appropriate to talk with her other coworkers and laugh about it. really this is just classless. your a older lady your not some young mid twenties person but a lady in her 50’s plus you should have a little more snap and manners.

Standard Starbucks, they don’t call out your name like most places so watch for drinks that are similar.

I have pretty high expectations for Starbucks because I frequently go therefore if I have a free reward on my card… How come no one working knew how to honor it? Shouldn’t the guy at the register know how to do these things? Besides that, my drink was fine but the line was long. So don’t bother redeeming your rewards here.

Fast, friendly, efficient service. Just what you need especially in an airport! This location is post security to the left down the hall a bit and right in front of gates B12−20 in the middle of shopping and other food options. Your usual Starbucks with pastries, sandwiches, water and other beverages good to take with you on your flight or even enjoy in their seating area. Everything in the area is always clean and neat as it should be. Probably the only thing that could make it better would be wifi for customers dining/drinking in their available seating area, but yet again there is no free wifi in the Houston Airport, so I still give this Starbucks 5 stars!

As far as Starbucks goes it’s not the best As dumb luck would have it, my current work badge looks very similar to the airport staff badges. Whenever I come to this Starbucks wearing my work badge I always get a airport worker discount of 10%. Hooray for me. PS: Oh noes, the barista had to manually enter my membership barcode. First world problems are so tragic.

Located with several other food counters by United terminal. I ordered two tall coffees and handed the barista my iPhone Starbucks app as I didn’t see the scanner. The barista had to manually key in my membership barcode. That’s labor intensive especially in a busy airport. Improvement process needed. Pastries and hot oatmeal food options but no breakfast sandwiches available.

First off I’ve been to a million Starbucks joints and never had one place give me a wrong order up until now! Most Starbucks I go to are always on point when you give them a tongue twisted order of a Non-fat Iced Caramel Salted Mocha Up-side down no whip. I always wondered how some Starbucks employees can keep up with a mixture of orders, thats why they marker down your cup right? This place was in the wrong! Instead of a Non-fat iced Caramel Salted Mocha Up-side down no whip, they gave me a hot(not sure if its non-fat) Caramel(not sure if its salted) Mocha topped with whip cream!(I hate whip in my coffee) I should have double checked with my order from that guy who took it, because it seemed as if he tried to memorize my order and not jot it down. I was pissed because once I got my coffee I was like why did I get a hot cup? I was like f*ck it!!! and boarding zone calls were being made for my flight. Thanks guys after streaks of painless orders at a Starbucks your blunders reward you a one star.
