The negative review is more about a logistics situation for ups corporate than it is about this store front. I have come in a couple of times for services and their customer service is impeccable. I will definitely return. They are so helpful, accomodating and explain different shipping options as well as pack contents for you. Great experiences with them.

I was nervous when I saw 1 star so after a quick and easy in and out I felt it necessary to post a review when service is nice and easy. With ATT, when you are to return your equipment, they instruct you to bring your equipment to any UPS store. So this is what I did. You literally just bring the equipment, provide the associate with the account number and they provide the box and shipping label. It was so quick and easy! The UPS associate was super nice and very accommodating! I would come back for other services if I needed them!

If i could give a negitive 5 stars I would i official hate ths ups first they can’t find my package then they say my tracking # is wrong then they pass me around on the phone to like 4 different ppl and no one can tell me where my package is and now it’s 5:30 pm and still no package they found it and promised it would be in my hands by 1pm but not true and once I called at 5 they lied n said the female driver was 20mins from my house then a male driver calls telling me he’s just leaving his last drop off and he should be here in 30 – 40 mins I hate ups I’m taking my business to FedEx
