DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Been living here for only 2 months and I’m already dying to leave! Management is a joke. They do not listen, do not resolve issues no matter how many time you complain. The assistance manager is rude, disrespectful, argumentative and hateful. The entire place is disgusting and the people living above us are terrible. You can hear everything that goes on, including «intamancy». Its disgusting. Cannot get out of here soon enough!

Piss poor management. There’s always different people in the office and no one ever wants to take care of anything. If you ever need any maintenance done… be prepared to wait. Parking is a disaster. It doesn’t matter if you have a resident sticker; people just park wherever they want. Management doesn’t enforce parking. Their only solution is for you to buy a parking space. So if you get home late and didn’t pay for parking, you’ll either have to take your chances parking in a paid spot or park at the local fire station next door. Management has no trouble pawning their mishaps off on the tenants. The washer we rented from the complex was leaking and it made its way to our downstairs neighbor’s apartment. The management had no trouble blaming us for the problem when we had a service ticket to have the washer fixed for over a month. It is also not uncommon to find trash and garbage on the sidewalks. There’s also a huge raccoon and pest problem. I would keep my distance and find an apartment elsewhere

Please save yourself, do not rent from this place. When I was looking for an apartment in this area I read a negative review. I should have paid more attention. The management is terrible. It has changed this year and has only gotten worse, if it weren’t for a lease agreement I would be out sooner! I currently have a rat problem, I have called multiple times. They have still yet to send anyone to check it out, it has been over a week now. I am currently looking for a new place and will be leaving soon, living conditions are now unacceptable. Bad management has gotten out of control and no one seems to care. please do not rent here.

The staff here is a joke. They closed the drop box that I always put my rent in, and told us we have to either pay online or walk into the office and hand them our check. So I called to set up an online account and they said I can’t. They said it’s too late to sign up for online payments. So the only thing I can do is pay rent by walking in the office on the weekend closest to the 1^st. I have a job during the week like a normal human being, so I can’t ask off every time the 1^st rolls around to cater to these people and walk in to hand them rent. They expect me to pay $ 100 late fees when I turn it in on the weekend after the first.
Also, they put an eviction notice on my door TWICE by mistake. They lost my rent check and then threatened to evict TWICE

are the absolute worst apartments you can rent! If anyone wants to move to Atascocita, TX, DON’T MOVE TO THESE APARTMENTS!!! The staff is very unfriendly, the change the rules all the time without informing you, no place to park, guests have to park up front (If there is a spot left open too park) and then walk up to 3 – 4 blocks if you live in the back, the walls are paper thin, they’re expensive, and when your lease is up if you don’t write them a note saying your moving out 60 days in advance (should be obvious since your lease is up) they want to charge you a months rent even though you’re not living there anymore. This place is a joke. Glad I’m outta here end of this month.
