Wendy’s

My baked potato tasted like dirt and overly cooked dry. Garbage ate well. How can you screw up a simple potato. Wrap put in oven. Done???

I’m only giving a star is because I have to. This Wendy’s is disgusting. We decided to go in for a quick bite. But had no clean place to eat. We cleaned a table and ate. Which was sad since there were more than enough people working that could clean up the area. Which we were not the only families that cleaned their own table as well. I don’t understand why corporate doesn’t check on their franchise.

I gave two stars because the two times I’ve been at least the person at the first window taking my payment was nice. The people handing me my order at the next window need to have lessons in customer service. The first time I was handed my order (after sitting at the window for what seemed like forever) without having a word said to me. Not a «Thank You» or a «Sorry for the wait»…just handed the food and had the window immediately shut. The second time the girl handed me my food she rudely said «Here you go!» And before I could say «thank you» she slammed the window shut.
I know it’s fast food but my goodness common courtesy would be nice.
Food is up to par though.

Every time we go through the drive thru, they always seem to forget to include an item from our order. Just went not long ago, and the fries tasted old. Yuck. This location needs to be revamped asap.

There always seems to be a long line for the drive thru, so I suggest you just park your car and order inside. For a fast food restaurant, their customer service is pretty good, that’s probably why I keep on coming back.

They once served me frozen nuggets at the window and my fries were burned. Never going back

Mediocre. I only ever go here for take-​out. The décor is average and bland. The staff always seems bored and, on several occasions, gave me the wrong food when I was the only one in the place! Overall, decent food, and a little on the pricey side. It’s definitely no McDonalds or Chick-​Fil-​A.

If I could I would give this place 0 Stars. This place is one of the worst Wendy’s if not fast food restaurants I have been to. I have been about 5 times thinking okay it will get better. NOT!!! Never going back again! Horrible Service and Attitude. All the employees always seem upset and in a hurry. Food orders are never correct. When you tell them you got the wrong thing, they look at you like your retarded. One time I ordered a Caesar Salad, After paying I opened bag to see an oriental salad. I told them I ordered a Caesar not an Oriental. The response was «Yeah, we were out of Caesar». So I said then I want a refund. I was told no, eat that one! So I asked for manager and she said there is nothing she could do, so after threating to call headquarters and not leaving till I got a refund, she agreed.
