This is by far the worse of all the wing stop locations. There customer service is ridiculous!!! Ordering on the phone is pointless because they won’t make it until u arrive or they’ll just «lose» your order all together. Too many young staff members playing around!!!

I’ve never had bad service. I call in my order because it is a very huge popular place and orders get backed up, so you WILL wait more. If you dine in, they make everything fresh so prepare for at least a 25 minute wait or longer. Most of these reviews are from impatient people. Seriously it’s a wing place, chill out.

Went in again to this place due to convenience and I was pleasantly surprised. I called the order in and the person answering the phone was nice and when picking up the order I did have to wait about 10 minutes but it came out hot and fresh. It seems they did have more people in and everything was going smoothly.

Nasty. Hard disgusting boneless wings. Never have had a bad experience at ANY wing stop location until now. Old nasty grease. I know because my fries were orange and dark instead of golden brown. Totally disgusting and incompetent cooks in the kitchen. High school kids who think it’s funny when someone returns their nasty food for a refund. Never returning! Don’t go to this location. The manager doesn’t give a damn.

I am here now! Ordered my food 20 minutes ago! They stayed 29 minutes .
Stood at counter at 23 minute mark, cashiers are on cell phone — finally acknowledged. Manager refuse to come out — tell me 15 more minutes!
Food finally out and believe me when I say COLD fries !

Took my wife & I there tonight, Went to place order, said Would take 20 – 25 min, Said that’s OK .So We got our order, on the bottom of the tray with food, was covered with grease, had to go wash hands after I set it on the table. I ordered Drums, Wife boneless. Both orders were over cooked and dried out and at room temp. My fries were the only thing that was warm. We set there and shivered it was so cold in there. Ate what we could and left. I will not be back to this location. They are giving Wingstop a bad name.

I normally get wings from the Atascocita Wingstop because I hate the poor customer service and attitude at the Humble location. Unfortunately I had to run an errand in this area. I called in my order prior to leaving my house and I was told my order would take twenty minutes over the phone at 6:45. It is now 7:20 and I’m still waiting for my food. I’ll stick to the Atascocita location or the newer one closer to my house from this point on.

So I have a little wing addiction… not so bad except the ONLY wings I like are Wingstop. Ok, so maybe it’s a wing and WS fry addiction; I mean have you tried their fries! Due to live changes this has become a convenient location during my commute around dinner time. I have never gotten bad food here, not even small wings, but the amount of time you have to wait is crazy. Like I said… WS addiction, so I am accustomed to 15minutes from the time I call. Well at this location they tell you 18 – 20, ok fine, but when I arrive at 18 minutes and continue to wait for more than 30minutes after I called in the order — NO MA’AM — that is not acceptable. The order was two 10-pieces…HELLOOOOOO, why does it take so long? That is my only beef with this location. By the way love the Louisiana Rub ones… YUM

I agree with a lot of the reviews regarding this location and their speed of service, or lack thereof. However, each time I have ordered from this location, the food has been delicious. This is my go to spot when I can’t decide where to eat. Aside from the wait time, it’s hard to go wrong here.

Slowest service known to man. How do you only have two peopke working? One person on the register and one in the kitchen. The guy in the kitchen was moving around like they weren’t busy. Dont come if you are on your lunch break or if you are hungry.

This place deserves zero stars!!! The worst service imaginable!!! First time I tried them I ordered online, showed up and they let me know their system was down so they didn’t receive my order. They offered no remorse. Second time we ordered over the phone and something didn’t seem right when we hung up the phone so my wife called back up there and sure enough it wasn’t in the system. An hour later my order still is not ready when I show up, I had to wait 30 min in the store. I witnessed them turn customers away because they were «too busy!!» Got home and my order was completely wrong. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Ok I’m not a big wing fan but my husband is. I decided to get wings for dinner tonight. We like bone in and ordered the 30 piece family meal. First the fries were cold. I asked them to cook me more witch they did kindly. I get home I ordered original hot, teriyaki, and garlic Parmesan 10 each. Out of 30 bone in wings there was 1 wing portion in the garlic Parmesan and one in the original hot. How does that happen??? How out of 30 wings are there two wing portions!!! That is my favorite part. I don’t really care for the drumette!!! This irks me to no end. It’s like they are not preparing the wing portion uhh!!!

I wish I could leave NO stars as this was an awful experience! I placed an order online and went to pick it up, it hadn’t even been put in yet. I asked for a manager and the cashier said there wasn’t one. I came back an hour later to pick up and it still wasn’t ready. Such a horribly rude staff.

I would give this location 0 stars if it was an option. I am a huge Wingstop fan, but this location is a joke. I showed up at 11 am on a Sunday morning. Trying to grab wings before kick off for the Texans game. The store opened 5 minutes late. When we entered the restraunt we were told that they had no cashier and could not take our order. After 15 mins I was able to convince the employee to take our order by hand, and we would pay once the cashier finally decided to show up. About 30 mins later the manager finally showed up. No apology or explanation was offered and he didn’t even acknowledge that we were inconvenienced. I will not be returning to this location ever again.

This is the worst place ever! I’ve eaten at a lot of Wingstops and this is beyond bad! The staff all look like drug addicts, the place isn’t clean, and the wings didn’t look edible! I’ve asked management to contact me, but they won’t! This place should close forever! Go to the Wingstop in Atascocita near West Lake Houston and 1960 because they are the best ever!

i went to this wing stop location first day the doors open and have gone a few times since. the service is good but the wait can get a little crazy sometimes you can wait for your food 15 – 30 mins. im guessing thats because your food is made to order but waiting longer then 15 mins. is to long i can budge with 10 – 15 mins but when your hungry and have a craving you just get fustrated, other then that the place is clean has screen tvs everywhere if you want to watch a game that is on and i really love the coca-​cola machine where they have tons of flavors you can choose from and mix. everytime i go lemon pepper wings are a must for me.
