The service was terrible ranging from the cashier to how they prepped the food without washing their hands in addition to eating the toppings as they were cutting them or refilling them. The room is full of smoke from the waffle makers. It took a very long time to get our order and we were among only two other parties of two. Thank goodness I was just trying this place out with my kids. Both of their waffles were burnt. I will not refer anyone here.

When we first walked in my boyfriend & I looked a little lost and immediately an employee greeted us and gave us paper menus and explained the menu a bit. I ordered a chocolate chip waffle topped with strawberries and he ordered a chocolate chip waffles with chicken tenders. (Weird. I know) It took a while to get our order but it was well worth the wait and it was so fresh! Definitely coming back! The staff was super nice and although it’s not a location with waitressing they checked on us often. Delicious waffles & great staff! Can’t wait to try their ice cream!

Nice change of pace! Waffles are good, and the ice cream too! I will be returning. Service is good and the staff is nice. It is not the fastest but sometimes you have to wait for good things.

The waffles were very tasty (I had the banana nut) and the wings were a nice size and cooked perfectly. My only complaint was the 40 min wait time for our food. We were the only ones there and we all ordered 4 waffles, an order of wings and 3 tenders and lets just say they were definitely understaffed. A couple ordered after us and they left the store with a refund because there food was taking too long. So my advise is to call in your order before you get there!

Not a bad choice for food at all. Plenty of choice when it comes to specialty waffles. The chicken and waffle combo comes at a very good price. However. The tenders are rather small and waffles came out kind of soggy. But, all in all I was impressed. Will be here again.

I really enjoyed my visit to Waffles and Creamz Restaurant on 11÷8÷15. It was a great alternative to the crowded IHOP in Humble. The service was great! The food was great! I enjoyed the half waffle meal. It comes with eggs, grits, bacon or sausage and of course, a half of a waffle for about 7.99. They also serve ice cream. Will try ice cream next time. I hope to see this business prosper!!!

Great waffles and ice cream. I love that we have a decent ice cream place outside the mall.
Their waffles are amazing. I tried their pumpkin spice waffle and bacon cheddar and cheese waffle, both very delicious. They also have nutella waffles, blueberry, plain waffles, and you can ask for an ice cream scoop on them as well.
they also serve food like minicordogs, pulled pork and pulled chicken, fries.
The employees are also nice and chill.

We decided to try this place when craving ice cream tonight. We got a chocolate chip waffle topped with Mexican chocolate ice cream. The waffle was okay, but nothing to write home about. The ice cream was good. A little spice to it and marshmallow nuggets interspersed. However, they need to invest in a ventilation hood over their waffle makers stat!!! It was so smokey in there it was like fog. It wasn’t too bad when we got there but it got way worse after our waffle and two others were made.
