Ugh. Never again… this location is so nasty floors are dirty, windows and doors, the flavors are pretty bland and tasteless. When I asked for 2 tasting cups the lady at register said she could only give me 1. Then when getting toppings she was out of fresh fruit, had to wait til she finished ringing up sales to come and refill the fruit. There were very few toppings selections. There was 1 roll of cheap paper towels to use for everyone. The cashier then got into it with 2 older ladies that were checking out. This is not a good representative of tutti frutti and I’m wondering how they manage to stay open this long. needless to say, will not be returning

Note to self: NEVERCOMETOTHISLOCATIONAGAIN. I’ve been to many frozen yogurt spots around town and nothing beats pinkberry. Although, it’s far from humble I do go there as often as I can because it’s the best. This tutti-frutti by the humble mall is the worst I’ve ever been to. To start: the flavors are not the best, fresh fruit consisted of strawberries and canned pineapple, they are always out of cheesecake balls but my guess is they never put them out. They have a roll of napkin paper from the dollar store for everyone to take. The first time I was at this location the girl at the register asked me if I was going to leave a tip for her. Who does that? Like she did anything to help besides stare at me the entire time like I was going to steel yogurt. Please don’t come here.

I am a big fan of frozen yogurt. But this place isn’t really the best place to go to for good quality. The product always comes out runny and watery from the machine. The toppings are not always fresh. And as I write this, I just witnessed one of the employees preparing the toppings… with no gloves on!!! And may I say she did it right after fixing the trash cans!!! If the bad quality product didn’t turn your radar on, then that instance should! I’m absolutely disgusted. And I don’t plan on coming back to this tutti frutti again.

This location had some serious flaws. For some reason they don’t have all of the flavors available. Just random empty yogurt machines. This location also stopped carrying cereals as a topping when I asked about they responded with«it was too expensive» mind you the typical small yogurt cup there costs over $ 8 each. Seems plenty of money to buy boxes of cereal. The parking situation is a nightmare there. So when you go not only do they not have the flavor your craving or the toppings to go on it but you leave empty handed and have to make a 47 point turn just to exit the parking lot. The atascocita location still has cereals and all flavors so I will be going there from now on. Maybe this one is in the process of going out of business or something.

Seriously, what is the point of this place if they hardly have any toppings? They no longer carry any nuts, cereal or anything they usually had in a container on the shelf. The frozen yogurt variety was small. Will not be coming back here!!!

My wife and I took my small nephew by here one afternoon. They were not that busy. The girl behind the counter was very rude and texted on her cell phone the whole time. We walked up to the scale and put our cups on. She said nothing just kept texting and put her hand out to get my credit card. God for bid if one of us would have wanted a sample we really would have put her in a bind. I have had good experience at other locations. I will probably try to avoid this one. The one thing that bothers me even more than the actual quality off the product or food I by, is bad customer service. I work hard for my money and if you are going to offer a product for that money at least pay attention to customers. I would think that cashier would expect the same thing if she was spending the money she earned.

This place is good most of the time. Sometimes they don’t have certain flavors or toppings but, it certainly still is pretty badass. That’s really I have to say. It’s a good place for taking your date. There’s really not much more to say, this place is just pretty good.

I’ve had Tutti Fruitti at the other locations and I went in today after a visit at the Deerbrook Mall with my mom. My mom went into the bathroom first thing and I waited on her to prepare my frozen treat. There was no one behind the counter whatsover, in fact ZERO employees were to be found in the store. I wanted to go to the bathroom as well, but it’s a unisex one-staller. My mom came out of the restroom disgusted. The bathroom was so filthy and disgusting, it looked like it had NEVER been cleaned. We did not even eat there because if that’s how they keep up with their bathroom, I can only imagine how unsanitary the food is. Gross.
