Tells you online item store availability and it was accurate when I went to the store. Thank God cause I drove 11 miles to go purchase it =)

I can’t remember the last time I saw a Kmart. I thought Kmart went out of business a few years ago. They probably should have. It’s a typical Kmart. It looks like it was build in the early 80s and hasn’t really changed much since – sort of like the rest of central Pennsylvania. Even the shoppers in here look like they are from the 80s. Maybe that’s why this place is still around. This place seems fairly clean, but the times I’ve been in here it’s nearly empty with maybe 1 or 2 check out lines open. This store has a captive audience as there really isn’t any competition near this store for a few miles. Still, I just don’t see how this place stays in business being that it is never busy. I would just drive 5 miles east or west to the nearest Walmart.

You may pay a little more than Walmart but you don’t have to go there… so you win. This Kmart is clean and well kept. One down side is there are usually only two lanes open, but they move things along. The point program is nice. We have gotten 30 cents off gas a few times. Walmart doesn’t have that.

I think I mark them down a little for a stupid reason. I worked here as a teenager and it sucked… lol. But it’s a good clean store I usually only come here if I am at work and need to pick something up quick. It’s like 10 minutes from my work. I never say hey let’s go to Kmart. Target is my number 1
