Servers were great, band was rocking. The food simply put have some pride. Ordered the Spicy Flatbread Meatball. What the hell is this? I’ve pulled something from the freezer aisle that looks a lot better then this. Very disappointed !!

Been here a few times for dinner and drinks over the past few months. Never disappointed but not amazed either. Never had a problem with the staff like some reviewers — they’ve always kept the drinks coming, though some of the bartenders give out consistently weak pours! Food’s middle-of-the-road. The Greene Turtle is a solid 3 all around.

Sitting here over an hour, food took awhile, but generally was good. The service, by Courtney, on the other hand, was terrible. Multiple times, with different customers, she stared at empty glasses and asked if we needed anything… seriously? And not very attentive at all. Excusable, if we didn’t spend 20 minutes waiting for our bill… I don’t normally tip straight percentage, but I did tonight. First time we had a negative experience at the turtle

A pretty good place for Happy Hour. Nice crowd, convenient parking. The bar can be a bit slow at times. Servers seem to get rattled when it’s busy, at least ours was. Would still visit again.

I love Green turtle only because of wings! I would recommend Thai chili and Cajun ranch. The staffs were extremely friendly and good.

First time and last time ever visiting a Green turtle. On a weekend get away with my wife and kids, so we decided to try this establishment being we have yet to do so back home in NY. Well, first off the place was dead empty on a Saturday evening which should have been the first red flag, but regardless we stayed considering where we were. Nonetheless, we still waited anbout 15min for our drinks and after we received them and placed out orders about 30 more minutes before we finally got up and left, still without our food ever coming. 45min of wasted life from a dead resturant, that has no excuses for extremely poor service. Thanks Green turtke but u can keep gour food, we’ll go else where.

The waitress was rather rude. She never smiled and didn’t really socialize with us until it was time to give us our check and tip her. I’m only giving two stars because my margarita and crab dip/pretzels were great. Crab cake was subpar I went to the bathroom and there was old poop smeared on the stall wall.

I met my in-law for lunch here yesterday. It was their choice and to be honest I wasn’t thrilled about it. But I am happy to report that I was pleasantly surprised. We were greeted promptly by our server, Sarah. She was polite and bubbly. We ordered drinks and she quickly returned with them.(I ordered a beer and she carded me. Which at my age I appreciate) We sat for a while catching up before we order and she returned just enough to keep checking on us but not too much to where we felt rushed. We split a spicy meatball flatbread. It was tasty and had just the right amount of heat. My only suggestion would be to crumble up the meatball so that I got some with every bite. Although that wouldn’t stop me from eating it again. For my meal I ordered a med rare bacon cheeseburger. I got a med to med well bacon cheeseburger.(Not the end of the world) Despite the temperature it was still delicious. It has been a while since I have eaten at a Greene Turtle and I must say it is way better than I ever remember. I am going to put it back on my list of places that I will frequent.

If you want local. Not here. Actually, MD chain local. Don’t order the blackened chicken Caesar as it is more like a chicken ranch wrap… Without the bacon. Service is good. Kitchen doesn’t know what BLACKENED is =

This is my child’s favorite place to go. We went again last night and between 4 adults and 2 kids, there were no complaints about any of the dishes at all. Crab dip appetizer was great with pretzel dippers and the fried pickles were a big hit. We ordered wings, chicken, burgers, fish and pizza. Its hard for a restaurant to get all of those right but as I said, everyone was happy with their meal. And despite generous portions, we ate it all. Two minor glitch’s are that we had to wait and ask for silverware to eat our apps. Also, app dishes were not cleared before entrees were delivered. it makes for a crowded table and who wants to eat their entrée while looking at dirty dishes. I’ve been here before with large groups and no fuss was made about separate checks. One suggestion I would make is to list the prices of drinks on the menu. If I don’t know ahead of time how much a glass of wine costs, I’m not gong to order it.

I came there for the express purpose of watching the Indy 500 race. Incredibly, it was not on any of their multiple televisions(The most popular automobile race in the world). Fortunately, the manager programmed it to be available. It took a while for the waitress to come. She then did not bring me mustard, silverware, etc. She was pleasant and friendly, however. I really like the idea of a bar where you can watch an event of your selection at your booth. Prices are on the high side. $ 10 for a cheesesteak with chips and $ 3 for a glass of iced tea! Probably would not go back.

Scott got the 5th star on this one. I had been here once before with coworkers and just did nachos and wings with beers to watch a game and they were OK but nothing to write home about, but when everywhere else was closed by 9 on a Sunday I popped in here for dinner. I was not in the mood for anything heavy so thought I’d be out of luck and fried bar food would be the only choices but the apple and walnut salad with shrimp saved the day. Had great flavor and was light but filling. Scott kept me topped off with drinks and made some recommendations as well as letting my sample some of the drafts that I was on the fence about. Great spot, made me feel like a local while just in town for work

This was ok. The location is in a shopping center back to back with many other restaurants and close to a movie theater which makes it ideal. But today the service was off — maybe it’s cause it was the Kentucky derby, maybe it’s cause they were busy. The food was ok, meh. Too much old bay on the very shallow dish of crab dip. Very shallow. The Caprese salad was coated in the balsamic stuff — too thick to be just vinegar — there must have been a lot of sugar in it. The mozzarella was also covered in oil — I prefer just a drizzle. Waitress forgot my side garden salad, but she did take it off the check and still brought it out(kind). The kids pizzas were ok — half of one was pretty soggy. The apple slices were a very small portion of green apples. The strawberry lemonade was fantastic(I tried my husband’s) and the fries the boys had looked good too. But when I gave her my military ID I expected to get the discount I normally get at my Green Turtle in Annapolis, but she didn’t take it off and when I asked her she made it seem inconvenient. I think she was quiet busy is probably the case. She was sweet with my kids though then they were being nutter butters. I kept forgetting to ask about the kids klub point thing — and she didn’t mention it. Oh well. Eh. It’s a Green Turtle. Chain restaurant. Busy.

Came here last night to watch the UFC fight. We ordered and ate(food was decent) and then got the news that the fight was not going to be shown at that location but at the Owings Mills location. Since we got the news late we had zero time to get to Owings Mills before it started. No where did we see that fight was at another location until we were leaving and saw it on the sign facing the wrong direction. If we would’ve seen it before we wouldn’t have wasted our time and missed most of the fight.

Sunday afternoon during playoffs and the bartenders are slow and rude. 20 minutes before my first beer and I only got this because I moved seats. Then order my second beer and it seemed like I annoyed her. For a sports bar chain this one is just poor for customer service. Management not to worried about anything but making sure his staff is eating

I have been to a bunch of the Green Turtles in Maryland, as they’ve become ubiquitous over the past few years. That being said, Hunt Valley is my «go-to» Green Turtle for the reasons below. This is What I Like: — The service is top notch. This location is always fully staffed and they buzz around like bees. — The food is always prepared well and in a timely manner. — Plenty of games, both video games and physical games! — Parking is great! — Location is awesome. Movies, shopping, chics. Yeah. Chics. — PLENTYTODRINK! — TVs at the tables! Watch what you want! This is What I Don’t Like: — It doesn’t matter what day, or time of day, you enter the men’s room. It’ll look like an I.E.D. went off in there. Messed up mirrors. No soap. Water on the floor. I mean, I know it’s a men’s room, but does it have to ALWAYSBE A CATASTROPHE? They do a great job. Much better than all of the other Green Turtles I’ve been to. They could earn a 5-Star rating if the bathroom wasn’t a breeding ground for Ebola. If they can fix that, the turtle’s shell will shine.

I have to express bitter disappointment with service & quality during our visit on 11÷08÷14. The staff was so in the weeds as to be laughable. We had family members in a large group who had made reservations nearly a month prior to their visit. Service for them was horrible; some never did get their orders. I personally found a shard of glass in my drink. I very discretely called the MOD aside; showed him the glass & suggested some ice handling/scoop use training. He thanked me & appreciated my discretion. He said he’d pick up my check(which was only 2 apps &2 shots of Jameson). He picked up(1) one of the apps & nothing more. What an all around failure. Bad form green turtle of hunt valley, md.

Definitely a lively place to get a burger and relax with friends. It’s a regular sports bar with a little bit of a Baltimore twist. Big screen TVs line the walls giving you an opportunity to see every game going on at that time. If you are a sports fan, this is the place for you.

Me and my daughter came here for for happy hour. We had a nice time because the drink’s was a $ 1.99. I must admit we left there felling good. I will defiantly be visiting The Green Turtle happy hour again because me and my daughter had a wonderful time before watching the movie PURGE.
