Three years ago, my wife and I were privileged enough to have Aniz help us find our first home. Aniz was a pleasure to work with — professional, approachable and very insightful. She was very patient with us through the process of purchasing our first home. Additionally, she was very aware of the housing market and was able to successfully land us a great home in our price range in the location we were looking to move.
I strongly recommend Aniz if you are looking to sell or purchase a home!

This is long overdue, but I need to give credit where credit is due. And what better than Unilocal!I bought my very first home with the help of Aniz several years ago. She really had her work cut out for her since my finances and savings were… limited. After looking through tons of places she found me an REO home and beat out the investors in getting me the place. I honestly don’t think I would have a place (or at least a detached home) if it wasn’t for her. She WILL get the job done. Hopefully when the time comes for me to move on with my home and find another, She’ll be around. I recommend you call her if you are really serious and actively pursuing finding a place.
