I’m kind of unsettled on this one. First time we came we had a great time around 2 delicious pizzas.(the greek and the veggie one) Then we came back with friends and we really felt let down. Pizzas were greasy and super fat. I honestly don’t know what to think about that place.

We have eaten there many times but we used them for catering my dad’s funeral reception. It was amazing the food was a hit. The antipasto tray was amazing! They delivered locally and they made it so easy on my family. We ordered the fruit tray, cheese tray and veggie tray as well! AMAZINGCATERING!!!

I have been told they are renovating the restaurant and will be re-opening again soon!

Horrible business. Would not reccommend. We made a reservation today, they accepted it and had a groupon up for today, we show up and the restaurant is empty and door locked even though the hours said they would be open. Do not support business tactics like this.

They are using Green Street Café(also owned by Peter) for the temporary location. If you aren’t familiar with it; its in the same shopping center to the west of Mike’s Liquor next to the gym. Their hours will be different though. 5 p.m. — 10 p.m. Thank you for your continued support. Still the same great food:)

I’m so happy, I just found out that they are temporarily operating out of Green Street Café next door after a small kitchen fire. They should reopen in a few months in their normal location. In the meantime, they are unable to make calzones and pizza, but that’s not what I go there for. They are AWESOME for gluten free pasta! I have celiac, and they are willing to make any sauce gluten free for me. I usually get the Quattro Formaggio. It’s amazing. I think I probably get it a couple times a month to go, but I’m always wishing I could stay and eat there. It’s a cute place. They have delicious gelato, too!

We LOVE this place. I hope they hurry up and repair the building, my daughter says they’ve had a fire in the kitchen and are repairing their restaurant. BUTTHEYARENOTCLOSED! They are to the left of their original restaurant in the same shopping center. smaller restaurant but same fantastic food. Delicious lasagna in a wonderful sauce, large enough for two dinners! Spumoni that’s so good for your mouth, you are going to be unable to talk for a while. ’cause you have to eat it! Love Love LOVE Buon Gusto, our little neighborhood secret.

This place is alright. It’s nothing to go crazy over. HUGEPORTIONS! First time I was there I ordered a panini and what came out was not a panini. It was stuff between 2 pieces of cold white bread. They did take care of it when they noticed I didn’t touch it. It’s close to the house so we still go there. We just crave it.

Daughter moving, so I picked up food to go, big mistake. Salads were awful, chicken strips weren’t even the quality of a grocery store deli, and by far the calamari was the worst, tasted old and tough. Close by, so tried to return only the calamari and manager said they do not give credits, is this because I got the food to go? Bad food and customer service.

Came here for dinner and the food was absolutely delicious. Their calamari is so good and worth getting. For dinner I ordered the sausage and peppers and it was very tasty. Their portions are large though so make sure you leave room for dessert. Unfortunately, I had none but they looked divine. Now I know for next time.

Our first visit and luck was with us as we were seated without any delay at nearly 8pm. Crimson, our server was outstanding and knowledgeable about the menu and helped us narrow our choices. We started with the stuffed pepperocini and followed our appetizer with a house salad and the French onion soup. Entrees were the gluten free pasta in the arribiatta sauce and the fettuccine, chicken, arthichoke dish. Food was served very hot with bountiful portions that will make leftovers possible for the next few days. Dessert was one of the made in house choices, tiramisu.

Excellent Italian food. I always go for the spaghetti and meatballs. Portions are large enough to share! Customer service is great, the owner or the manager is always around to greet you.

This is definitely a cute mom and pop place that serves up great Italian food. The portions here are enough to last you a couple days. So if you’re game for family style, this is a great place to try a bunch of different options with a group, while still have ample amounts of food. We ordered the Alla Boscaiola with tortellini and the veggie lasagna. They came out piping hot and oozing with sauce, which I love! The food tasted amazing and left us in major food coma. The service was absolutely friendly, fast and prompt. And who can complain about $ 0 corkage fee for bringing in that awesome bottle of wine sitting in your wine collection?!

By far the BEST for fresh farm to table meals. Home made bread. Fresh salmon(btw) is so delicious. Great service by All. Owner takes his time is greeting you and making sure you are fully satisfied. Prices are the best as well. Thank you for a wonderful Saturday night experience even though it was jammed wall to wall people. Well worth the drive from San Diego.

***** #700 ***** Two family dinners here to date, and two 4−½ star experiences! On the first occasion I enjoyed an ample Chopped Antipasto Salad with Mortadella, Genoa Salami, and penne, followed by golden Calamari Fritti, nicely Grilled Artichoke, great gooey Breaded Mozzarella Sticks that were anything but«sticks,» and good warm complimentary Italian bread and butter. In fact, I liked the springy bread so much, I finished off two loaves by myself! Next I sipped hearty Minestrone Soup with rigatoni, carrots, just right al dente celery, mushrooms, spinach, and a tasty broth. For my entrée I selected Veal Saltimbocca, which consisted of a generous portion of tender scallops of veal served in a bowl mixed with Provolone Cheese, prosciutto, tomatoes, a very tasty wine sauce, and rigatoni. It was delectable! Diane had some tomato sauce mixed in with her Veal Parm Alfredo. Otherwise the kitchen crew and our friendly server were very proficient. On the second visit this past week after more Calamari Fritti dunked in a good Marinara Sauce and Lemon Aioli, I enjoyed a fine Dinner Salad that included cauliflower and celery, plus the usual standard fresh vegetables. And for my main I was pleased with excellent tasting but very garlicky Baked Lasagna al Forno. In fact, I was so enamored with this saucy and multi-layered egg noodle entrée that I devoured all of it before thinking of photographing the dish first! It was interesting to see other plates go by with the same red sauce as in my lasagna, and watch fellow guests deconstruct various other menu offerings. Lovely looking saucy and cheesy pizzas especially beckoned, even though my own meal was quite filling and satisfying. Both times the place was packed with patrons on a week night. We were relieved that we had reservations, which were honored right away. Inside, the multi-tiered dining room is lively. Outside, on the patio, heat lamps warm a large group of appreciative diners. This authentic Italian dining emporium appears to run on all cylinders all of the time!

Came here with my sis and bf. Ordered the calamari, Davinci, eggplant parm, and alladio(sp?). I liked the Davinci but there was not as much cream sauce as I wanted. The Alldio had an awesome creamy flavor, which I love! Well, my thighs don’t love it, but the rest of my does! The eggplant parmesan had a really yummy meat sauce(which I feel a lot of places can’t do right yet it seems so simple) with a hint of heat and lots of meat in it! The calamari was pretty standard but I did love how it was freshly fried with a nice crisp to it. It was very busy when we went around dinner time so the service was a bit lacking unfortunately. But we did not have to wait long despite how full the restaurant was(it’s a good sized place) and were easily accommodated on a Thursday night! I’d return! My bf works near here so he comes here more often!

When I visit my cousin in Huntington beach we always order take out from two spots, Thai Food Or Italian. Last night we had a vegetarian vege lasagna, bread, salad, pink sauce pasta and red spicy sauce angel hair pasta, all of which fed 8 people happily. The Vege lasagna was my favorite, they filled it up with generous amount of eggplants, mushrooms, and wonderful greens. I Def. Recommend this place !
