In this case, I have the rolls-​royce of telephone entry systems, called Doorking. Needed to have a Doorking specialist. Alan was recommended by Doorking and came, diagnosed and fix the problem.
High integrity, & I would highly recommend him.

Finding a specialist who was willing to help fix our keyless entry keypad system was NOT simple. It took hours of researching and contacting numerous companies and individuals. We were lucky to find Coast Gate Automation.
The owner, Alan, was honest and dependable. Services rendered were excellent and expeditious. Within 48 hours of contacting Alan, he arrived at our home, determined the problem, and quickly resolved it.
Although we had lost our key to open the metal box where our outdoor keypad was mounted (which was placed adjacent to our entry gate), Alan was able to open the box and provide us with a replacement key (which he kindly mailed to us within a week’s time).

i will never, EVER recommend this place to anyone. While their work MAY be decent, their field workers are not. I had the pleasure of being verbally assaulted in the parking lot of my doctors office this morning by someone from this company. not only verbally assaulted, but walked out of his way to come over to my car to try to intimidate me more. Poor, poor excuse for a man. Now, i know this one a**hole doesn’t represent the entire company, but hope he’s not the one to show up at your home for service.
