I have four of the D&D Technologies’ Magna Latch locks around my pool area and they have all performed perfectly for years. Recently the keys were lost so I contacted D&D to see if I could purchase new keys. After exchanging a few promptly replied emails with Thomas C. he informed me he was sending out two replacement keys free of charge. That is great customer service! They truly earned a five star rating from me and I highly recommend their brand of locks.
