Dominque has been a great help to 50+ ex sports guy. She had developed a special program to deal with all the past injuries I have.
She knows when to push and when to back off a little. I’m very happy with the results. The performance increase and weight loss I’ve had in the last 5 months.
Dominque is big on nutrition, she spent time shopping with me. She gave me a lot of eating options. This has helped me be healthier and feeling better now that I’m older.
Dominque knows how to get results!

This is definitely what I call personal training! Lol… she is so hard core and makes you push your body to your limits! I can’t believe I finally found someone that I actually like! She’s helped me build muscle and even helped my wife lose weight. Dominque gets results as a personal trainer and that’s what I wanted. She’s no joke and she’s relentless in pushing you past your personal threshold. Dominque is personable, fun and great to work with! I personally recommend her to you and others for personal training that’s worth every penny and not expensive!
