The sister who does sales is knowledgeable and friendly. The other sister behind the desk (administrator/​secretary) is sarcastic and unpleasant. They are overpriced. I took my business elsewhere. I don’t appreciate nasty remarks about my taste + budget.

Drakes is absolutely the best. I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else. They have installed my carpet in 1983, 2001, and 2014. Each time the quality is superb, Robert is very, very helpful in choosing carpet types, colors, and patterns. He is very honest about what choices are best. This last time around he was very helpful with working around our installation date which had to be postponed a couple times. The installers are friendly and professional. I highly recommend Drakes!!!

after running around all over the place looking at the big guys and big box «specials» i ended up an the local mom and pops shop Drakes. and im glad i did. the folks at drakes are awesome. friendly and helpfull and no monkey business. they gave my a straightforward price (which was really great). im sure i was a pain in the but customer, and for only one room hahahah. the installers came and of course they wanted to slam dunk it and get out, but they took the time to make sure some details got done the way i needed them done (even though i didnt know what i needed done) all in all a great experience. i will be back to drakes for sure. if they let me in the door hahahahah
support your local small buisiness owners … the good ones anyways

We had our bedroom carpets and all the blinds replaced by these guys. Robert, the owner and his wife Helen were lovely and helpful, and we couldn’t have had a better experience.
The crew that did the installation were professional, and cleaned up after themselves and they certainly knew what they were doing.
I would definitely (and have) recommend them.
