There new location is even better than the last, more room, more options, more classes. Brad took the time to individualize a program for me personally that I can fit into my schedule. From training to classes to nutrition, they do it all. Best kept secret is that there is some great premium work out times in the mid day where everything is relaxed and you can get your sets in without the competition for equipment. Liking the rates and class offerings the most.

This is my first Unilocal review. I started going to see Brad for a few weeks before I tore my ACL completely on a ski trip. I wasn’t sure what exercises I could do. Brad was awesome! Since he is a personal trainer, he put me on an ACL tear friendly exercise program. I have gotten so strong even though I had a knee injury. Now, if I choose to have surgery, I know that Brad can help rehab me back fast.

I’ve been training at Evolve for almost 6 months now and love it! The last private gym I was at was overcrowded with trainers and clients— not here. It’s spacious, but still private. The perfect alternative to a big name gym. I highly recommend the semi-​private training sessions, you get way more than what you pay for! Brad is great and always willing to work around my shifting schedule.

This is Evolve gym that was at PCH at Warner. Now at Warner and Green street near Buon Gusto/​Walgreens corner/​east of Algonquin. Where Workout was next to Green Street Café. Super great place with really nice trainers. They have many different options for getting in shape. First time I went it was no charge which was very nice to get a feel for the place. I have Chrissy who I love but they all are great. There are options for personal one on one training or semi personal training which is a great option for me and is reasonable that way. You can also use the gym for fitness on days that you are not with your trainer included. Super flexible and very nice. Wishing them great success in their new home right near me. A great plus. Like it 100 times better than the big gyms.

The trainers at Evolve Gym are excellent! This is my first time working with a personal trainer. I have been training at Evolve Gym for 4 months. The workouts are fun and challenging. I always look forward to working out. The workouts offer a nice variety which keeps it interesting. The workouts are an efficient use of time and easy to fit into my schedule. I would highly recommend trainers Chrissy, Brad, and Remi to anyone wanting to start a healthy workout habit!

About 6 months ago I set out to get back into shape. I started researching places online and found evolve on Unilocal.I decided to give it a try and I’m so happy I did. My trainer Chrissy is great and so is everyone else who works there.
The prices are amazing and they are extremely flexible with scheduling. The place is never too crowded and it’s always clean. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to make changes. I am now in the best shape of my life!

This is a great gym with even better trainers. I began my training here a few months ago and not have I seen results. Anyone of their trainers really knows their stuff and with their support and expertise you will no doubt see results.
Also the gym is kept very clean and it is a great atmosphere to workout in. Not like those big huge gyms where you can never get a treadmill and the equipment has sweat all over it from the person before you.

I started working out regularly since September, 2013 and have seen a real change in my strength and balance. Brad is so positive and involved. He challenges me without embarrassing me. The rest of the staff is friendly and fun and their clients appear happy.

Great gym and great trainers (Brad and Remmy). They keep the place super clean and all the equipment is new or newish. A very nice change from the more and more disgusting 24 hour fitness on warner. Their semi-​personal training is definitely worth checking out.

Awesome people! Been taking Butts, Thighs, and Guts class the past two weeks and boy do I feel the workout! Remi is great, he’s easy to understand and not all face paced where you wonder, «What the heck?» like some other classes I’ve taken before. Brad, Jen and Remi are all laid back and welcoming. It makes it east not to feel too intimidated when entering a new gym. Also they invited me to a outdoor frizbee baseball game after one of the classes, which was much fun and a great work out. I would recommend anyone that wants to find a gym to stick with to give this place a try. I came all the way from Las Vegas! But not just for the gym. ;p

My boyfriend and I have been training with Brad for several months now and I am very happy with the results I’ve seen, as well as the gym in general.
The gym is clean, which is huge! I’ve actually seen the guys sanitize the mats after each use! It’s also small and is not really open to public use, so it’s great for those of us who may be shy, or who don’t know what exercises to do on our own. He shows you how to execute the move, and then keeps an eye on you to make sure you’re doing it effectively.
I opt for the group training rate, which really saves you a lot of money. It’s never awkward and the groups are always very small, and on occasion you’re actually the only one in there.
I highly recommend giving these guys a shot if you’re interested in getting started with a new lifestyle. They are down to earth, nice guys and will help you get stronger, leaner, and more awesome.

This gym is great! I love the Thighs, Butts and Guts class with Remi. It has improved my endurance and helped me to break a plateau in my weight loss :)

I have been doing group lessons with a friend 3X a week and also attending Thighs, Buts and Guts. I am on a Dragon Boat racing team and find that the work outs are helping me for this sport. Both Remi and Brad individualize the work outs to each person’s needs, and the work outs are effective and fun. Gym prices are affordable.

So this past week I did 3 TBG classes in a row. I did one class right after another, then another class the following day. I wasn’t as sore the first day, but was super sore the next day. Especially in the legs. I usually am not sore either since I workout at the gym by my house. So I definitely got a really good workout and I loved the burn. Remi is a cool, down to earth guy. Whatever you have a problem on, he is straight foward. He will tell you how to improve yourself and what you’re doing wrong. Guess you can call it constructive criticism.
One time we worked on the abs mostly, then during another session we did more arms/​abs since I sucked at it. Next day we did arms and a bunch of other activities using the bench, pullup bar, cones, weights, machines. I Loved it! If you like being told what to do and get bored of the gym, then this class is definitely for you.

I have been going here for a month and have gotten excellent results! Brad is an excellent trainer who knows how to push you to your limit without causing you to overdo it. The gym is in a great location near the beach and is never too crowded. They are also very inexpensive for all of the services they provide.

I signed up for a Tough Mudder race. Looking at the race online, I knew I needed a trainer. I called Brad at Evolve Gym to see if he could help and he said he could. He customized my workouts to get me from where I am at to being totally ready for the race. His workouts are great, never boring and keep me moving, which is what I need.
His gym is clean and well maintained and I highly recommend going there!

Evolve Gym has really affordable options for getting fit. That’s been a big obstacle in my pursuit of fitness. Many gyms charge several hundreds of dollars per month to use their classes or facilities.
At Evolve, I can spend $ 40 a month for their ass-​kicking TBG class (Thighs, Butts & Gutts) which meets several times a week. This is perfect since I’m on a tight budget and I can’t do as much upper body workouts due to a shoulder injury so I really like that the class focuses on core workouts and doesn’t break my bank.
If TBG doesn’t appeal to you, they also host Bootcamp classes at the beach across the street and yoga classes which are also very affordably priced.
I haven’t met Joe but my interactions with Remi have been very positive. He’s very encouraging, engaging, patient, knowledgeable and was able to give me modifications to accommodate my injury. The class offers a good mix of workouts that pair and isolate various muscle groups and the burn afterwards lets me know I’m doing something that produces results.
Tip: This facility is small so, while they have a restroom, I recommend showing up dressed and ready to go. They have cubicles to store small belongings and parking is plentiful.
