So glad I found this place. I was referred by a friend because I was looking for a place that understands that I use my rig for business and I need a quick turn around. Gasper and Joe are who have always helped me and they are professional and informative. So far they’ve repaired my generator, my water heater and water holding tanks. Very happy with the repairs. I will continue to go to them with my issues and refer them to anyone in my field of work (mobile pet groomer)

I have been a customer «friend» withe the Farace for quite a few years. I have complete faith in their ability to diagnose and fix problems with my vehicles before I even know about them.
The service is always friendly… more like dropping in to see friends. There is never a feeling of «being taken» by Gaspar or Joe.

I have been using Farace RV services for the last year and have been very pleased with their service and their friendly personnel. Their pricing is competitive and their service is great.

We’ve been coming to Farace for about 6 – 7 years now. I think they know us on a first name basis which is probably not a good thing. Or it could be. Dunno.
Whatever the case, this place has the most courteous staff in the industry. I don’t say that lightly. We’ve brought our Ford Explorer here for an appraisal when we bought it via private party. We saved $ 5,000 on the price. We had the owner Gaspar to thank for this. His son Joe and daughter Lola also work there and they have always given us a fair price and they were very accommodating in their timeframes.
I took our Ford Focus in today to have the thermostat replaced. Joe called me up and said that since the bolts were so corroded on the thermostat housing, don’t be surprised if they break off and they would have to tap them. That would add a serious price tag to the original estimate ($ 125) and add a day to the job. Mind you, I did not have an appointment and I asked if they could have it repaired by 1 at the latest since I had to go pick up my son from school.
Joe worked his a** off to ensure that 1) the bolts were ordered in a timely manner, 2) they worked on it as fast as they could, and 3) the job was done to my satisfaction.
5 star job on all 3! I was out of there at 12:45 and that temperature gauge stayed in the middle. I felt so relieved that I did not have to look for the nearest gas station or see if I had more quarters for the water machine. On top of all this, the price came out to be less than $ 100 than the second estimate.
They treat everyone who comes here like family. They are a very friendly and professional group who will make sure their work meets or exceeds your satisfaction. I highly recommend Farace Automotive and we will be back (Hopefully not soon, though).

I was referred by a transmission specialist to Farace, after purchasing a ’89 school bus in Dec of ’14. This obsolete vehicle has been extremely hard to find a mechanic for. Farace Automotive took one look and you could see the amusement in their eyes. They worked hard to find the obsolete parts, and considering the time spent on the job, were as efficient as possible. (fuel tank overhaul) They also repaired a ’62 retro cab over camper.
They do any job, none to small or too big. Friendly and a kind staff, I’ll be back again!

I’ve had two different motorhomes serviced here – one for warranty work and the other non-​warranty. Many repairs to both.
Every time work was performed to my satisfaction and as described. The work is always finished when they said it would be. The staff are always courteous and professional in all their transactions with me. They have always accommodated my time frames for drop off and pick up.
Farace is now my only RV service provider. You cannot go wrong with using them for your RV service needs.

We were referred to Farace Automotive by a friend to repair some water damage to the front cab of our motorhome. They were amazing and did a great job. The final cost ended up being $ 100 lower than the original estimate, how often does that happen! We will definitely use them again. They are a family owned business and we really felt we could trust them.

My small trailer had a broken brake so I took it here to be repaired. They recommended doing both brakes and I agreed — all new assemblies. When I picked it up they said they also had to replace the bearings (which surprised me since I had just lubed them). Driving it home, the driver-​side hub was extremely hot and soon began to squeak like a hamster wheel. I called and said it sounds like a bearing problem. They didn’t agree with me but suggested I bring it back to them, an hour away. I decided to take it to someone else. Turns out the bearing on that side was so tight the wheel could barely turn. I’m no mechanic but that seems like a really noobie error to me.

I was caught off guard when I pulled into the Farace automotive RV place to have it looked at. I hadn’t made an appointment. I just dropped by in hopes I could get some help. Not only did they help me immediately, they found a part that was next to impossible to obtain all in the same day. A great team of people that worked together to help me. It was installed and I was on my way the following morning! No hassle, reasonably priced, and kind people from the receptionist to the mechanic. A BIG THANK YOU! 5 stars and two thumbs up.

These guys worked on my RV. Changed the fuel filter and fuel pump. Nice job and decent prices plus AAA discount. Clean place and friendly with 1 yr and 12k warranty on work

I have been dealing with them for years and never had a problem.

I took my car in because a/​c would not get cold. $ 350.00 to put freon in to see if there was a leak. Worked for about a week. Took it back $ 527.00 for a condenser. Four days later was not working again… now they say it needs a compressor. I’ll be taking it somewhere else. Just wondering if it NEEDED freon and the condenser or if it was the compressor all the time.
I should have been aware when I was there another man returned his car because it still wasn’t working after they worked on it.

Untrusting… women beware!
Well…My buddies borrowed my Motorhome… parked it on an angle steep enough to set off the cooling fault code. (Norcold fridge wouldn’t stay cold) Trying to get it fixed befroe returning… took in into these rats to get an estimate on what it would cost to fix. They quoted them a whole new Power Board est. $ 450.00.
I quickly asked my buddies to get the rv out of there… knowing it might simply be «reset.» Got the rig home… and looked inside the power board… still full of cobwebs… they didn’t even try to reset it~
I reset it!
To top it off… they put their little license plate frame on the back of my rig!
35 years of ripping people off! You suck.
