This place sucks. I went there on a Friday night with my boyfriend and my two little cousins. There were 6 patrons total. My squad making up 4⁄6 people there. All the games are either broken or damaged and cost around $ 1. If you’re going to charge $ 1 per game at least have the machines work. We literally only came here for the arcade because we saw that nickel nickel was closed and my little cousins were disappointed and still wanted to go to an arcade. We could’ve sat at home and saved all that money while playing on game systems that actually work.

This place is awful! Don’t waste your time. This place is dead on a Saturday and half the games we tried were broken, not an exaggeration. Only one lane of skiball, no bowling, broken machine after broken machine. My six year old told me that«this is the worst place ever! Nothing works!» This will go out of business

There was maybe 2 staff members in the whole place on a Sunday when there were multiple birthday parties going on. There was no one directing guests at the front desk. More than half of the arcade games were not working, including the bowling. The pizza was terrible, like saltine crackers with plain tomato sauce from a can and cheap cheese. There were no staff helping the parents with the party(passing out pizza/drinks etc) which I thought was weird because every kids place I’ve ever attended a party at has included this in the party package. There were a lot of rooms that just seemed like either they were unfinished or like the place had seen more prosperous times. The soap in the bathroom was basically water with pink food coloring. The guy running the laser tag wasn’t very friendly at all. The prizes for the tickets were worse than Chuck E Cheese(all cheap candy you could buy at the 99 cent store). I mean, at least get some cheap plastic rings or a bouncy ball something for 50 tickets rather than one small pixie stick. I was excited to come here, but we will definitely not be returning. Don’t waste your time or money.

Went there a few weeks ago. Was charged on my bar tab for a bill that was not mine after tipping $ 25 on a $ 95 tab. have not been able to get a refund. We ordered pizza that was way over priced and was worse than microwave pizza. The arcade half the games were not working. Would not reccomend

This place was much better as Endless Food and Fun. It was always alive with people enjoying themselves and kids running around playing the video games. Well, that is the past and here we are at the present day and unfortunately, Fuzion has very little to offer. We went on a Saturday afternoon around 2ish and we were the only people in the place. It was deserted! We almost turned around and walked back out but we were already there and decided to give it a try. We sat down at a table and asked the bartender, server, waiter, dishwasher, etc where everyone was. His response was, «You tell me». Well, that set the tone for lunch which tasted like frozen entrees heated up in a microwave. Anyway, the only reason I would go back to Fuzion(if it is still open), would be to see a band. We went one night to see Jack Russell’s Great White and it was amazing! P. S. The bathrooms always need attention so be sure and take a deep breath as you walk in and hurry up!

First impression, the place had that dingy smell of old carpeting. We bought $ 10 worth of fun card… 1⁄3 of the arcades and the games are out of order. Games look old and some need of repair. Employees are scarce and I wish there was more to this place. my son called it a knock off of Dave & Busted. Chuck e. cheeses is looking very appealing right about now…

Been many times. My son loves the laser tag. But the video games area is not so great. Such a big space but not all filled in. Looks empty most of the time. I been wanting to book my son bday party here but no one ever answers the phone. And when they do call back its 4 days later. They really need to work on that. How else would you get business.

Someone I know was performing in the Surf City Comedy Club(located inside Fuzion), so 3 friends and I met here a week ago to have dinner before the show. So this review is only for the restaurant. Fuzion is a massive entertainment /arcade complex(47,000 sq ft) which also has a restaurant /bar. The last time I was here was for a UYE white party in 2014. SERVICE: We walk and the restaurant looked deserted. Only two people in there was Keeli(one of the owners) and another sitting at the bar. We were seated in the restaurant and Gerardo took drink orders. He brought out the drinks and took our meal orders. We only saw him once after that before he brought the check out. Two other tables were seated, one a group of 12 that appeared to be related to the owner. After ordering, it was a solid 30 minutes before our food came out of the kitchen. This is because that large group who arrived AFTER we ordered, got all their food BEFORE we got ours. Fortunately I had a gift certificate that covered most of the bill. Now I fully admit I screwed up and made a mistake here. I was figuring out how much to leave for the tip and mistakenly left only that amount, which wasn’t enough for the remainder of the bill AND a tip. We left the table and walked into the comedy club a few feet away. 15 minutes later Gerardo approached our table in the comedy club with a real attitude, saying we shorted him on the bill and stiffed him on «his tip» as he set the bill down and walked away. Wow, he could have handled that A LOT better! I put in the correct the amount with his tip. When he returned, I apologized saying it was my fault, I made a simple and careless mistake. I THEN told him there was NO reason for the crappy attitude and he’s lucky we were here in the comedy club, instead of simply leaving the building all together. He apologized as well before walking away. FOOD: Two friends ordered the Big Blue burger(bacon, sautéed schrooms, blue cheese, L, T & O on brioche bun) with fries. They enjoyed them, but the portion size was too large for them and each took half home. My other friend and I both ordered the Beef Dip. The sandwich was fine, I ate it, but it really didn’t wow me at all. But did I remember to take photos of our meals before it was half gone? Can you say«brain fart»? As our meals were delivered by someone in the kitchen, I decided to order the Mac & Cheese Balls appetizer. I remember them being very good from the UYE party. However when they were delivered I cut one open for a photo(I DID remember!) but they were cold in the center, not luke warm, COLD! When the guy came out of the kitchen again, I got his attention because Gerardo was nowhere to be found, and he took them away and took them off the bill. OVERALL: Other food I’ve had here before was VERY good, but this time… umm. Service was lacking and our food was very slow to come out of the kitchen, even though the restaurant was nearly empty. Just 3 stars… barely.

The only reason this place even gets one star is our waitress was at least polite. We got a limited menu because the waitress said it was a busy night even though there were only two tables filled. The food is HORRIBLE and unsafe! We ordered a burger($ 12) chicken strips(13 $) and the nachos($ 12) Let’s start with the nachos… they are served with«award winning» chili according to the menu but in reality we got a plate of stale chips with canned hormel chili topped with jalapeños and sour cream. The chicken strips were not cooked all the way through but burnt on the outside. The worst feeling ever biting into raw chicken! The burger looked average but my husband said it had a weird taste and bacon tasted microwaved. It’s been 30 min and he still has a bad after taste. Super disappointed and we paid over $ 50!!! For three items and two cokes

How this place is still in business is beyond me. The place is always empty. Half the games are broken or unplugged. Plus ones like bowling that they will not be fixing. On top of flat beer. Only good thing here is laser tag. But do it before they are gone which is probably be any day now.

Attending a concert at Fuzion is totally groovy! Yes, it’s a bit chuck e cheezish. The air a tad musty, lighting kinda bright for my taste. Having an additional venue not in LA to hear hard rock is GREAT. Parking … Awesome Seating… Great Drinks…$$ out of $$$$ not too pricey Food… Didn’t try any, if there would have been a server taking orders we would have. Restrooms… Nicely located and neat Being an avid concert goer, I’ve learned to appreciate good parking and seating This venue is very concert girl friendly

My group also had dinner here during a comedy show. The food is terrible. The calamari was way too well done. We sent it back. When they brought out a new one, it looked like the same one we sent back. We took one piece to try and it was cold and way too well done. they finally brought us a fresh plate of calamari that is cooked right and hot. The wings were not a hit. It was crispy from the flour coating but the skin was soggy like boiled chicken, not baked nor fried. They were not even tasty. The kobe sliders were so so. The buns were dried crisp. They must have been under the heat lamp too long? I waited a long time for the sliders. I had to asked for it from two different waiters. The service was hectic as they seemed to be disorganized. They brought out wrong orders and to wrong table…

Came for the Journey to the South Pacific Dinner show. It was the CHEAPEST(LOWESTBUDGET) and most BORING dinner show I have ever been to. The showroom itself had a paper sign indicating it was a showroom and inside, it was like a basement conversion. They could not afford to get a curtain to section off the place, so you ended up seeing outside into the arcade! Such a ghetto place. Then, the show was terrible and extremely boring. I could play some Hawaiian songs on the radio with much more enthusiasm. The food was ok, and they charged $ 10 on top of the $ 26 person for the«so called» show. OMG. Never again. STAYCLEAR from this place. It was the worst $ 62 I’ve ever spent!!!

It was my friends and my first time here about 4 weeks ago. I went specifically for karaōke(referred by an acquaintance) Karaōke is new to this location but I adored the KJ Alina she made the experience well worth returning twice a week(Thursdays & Fridays). **Now as of last week I have been told she would not be returning. I was am extremely disappointed to hear that. I can easily say she has been the best KJ I’ve had. The person they replaced her with last week on 7÷17÷15 was horrible. She was on her cell phone the entire time, disengaged, and genuinely disinterested in the work she was doing. She didn’t follow any lists. People would sing back to back to back. Then her friends showed up and she finally put her phone down but she was again disengaged with the audience there. I can’t say I have a desire to return here for karaōke. There is laser tag, arcade games, a bar, food, and they have tons of shows going on. They are starting up zumba classes there also. I did enjoy the arcade and laser tag with friends that same day though. We did enjoy those things. My friend has The Black Hat Revue Vaudeville show going on there for $ 25/$ 50(including dinner) and the show I will say is the best attraction there. I had such an amazing time. I suggest everyone to check out the shows they have here because they are worth while. I will not write this place off just yet but I am not as thrilled about it as I was three weeks ago.

I’m rating this on my visit as a concert goer. I went to Fuzion for the first time 6−6−15 for a car show/concert. My first impression was that it was a ghetto Dave and Busters. Which was a weird venue to hold a concert. I can’t rate the food, or arcade and such as we didn’t use them. They looked typical for what you would find at a place like this. Having seen The Blasters and Deke Dickerson many times before in reputable establishment with larger crowds, I was was kind of embarrassed for them to be performing there. Sound was good however but the crowd was HB909 types and it was way to hot inside. A/C must have been out. I wouldn’t have a need to ever go back here again. #1 if I wanted to go grab a beer an play games if go to Dave and Busters. #2 I would never see a band there again. I wish them the best but hey have a long way to go.

Comparisons between Fuzion and Dave & Busters are inevitable, as it is obvious what Fuzion is trying to imitate. Since it’s located beside a Thomasville furniture store in what I suppose isn’t the best part of the neighborhood, as opposed to a nice mall or wherever most families get together on Friday nights, it’s not really fair to compare this place with D&B, but they could do much, much better. I only learned about this place just recently, so I don’t know what it was like as Endless Food & Fun. Judging by other Unilocalers’ reviews and their website(which doesn’t look all that professional – the mobile version is garbage), I didn’t come in with high expectations. The place was dead when I arrived, but that was around 4:30 and it didn’t get really busy until later that night. When you walk in, the first thing you’d expect to see is the front desk, with someone to greet you. Strangely enough, no one was there. Not only that, but the desk appeared to be completely empty – no papers, no menus, no potted plants, nothing. It remained that way even as the night dragged on and more guests started showing up. While waiting for the rest of my party, I walked around to get a quick overview of the premises. One half of the building is a restaurant and bar, the other half is an arcade with a decent selection of games, but of course it’s nowhere near that of D&B. That would be forgivable if not for the fact that about ¼ of the machines were turned off or didn’t work at all. I noticed about 2 or 3 that were operating but either didn’t seem to work properly or could have been in better shape(I’m looking at you, Star Wars Pod Racers. What is up with your screen?) I also found that the basketball machines didn’t retain the balls after each game, so I could make as many tosses as I wanted without having to swipe my card! About the cards… Just like D&B, all the games are played by swiping a card. You buy(and recharge) them at the prize center for $ 10, $ 20, or $ 50, with a little extra $$ thrown in depending on which one you get. The games range from 25 cents to $ 1(I only noticed one that was $ 2), so for $ 20 I found I could play a pretty good amount. None of the machines that give out tickets actually print them; as one kid helpfully pointed out to me, the tickets instead go onto your card, so you can redeem them at the prize center by giving them your card. The prizes are all cheap stuff and candy, nothing less than what I’d expect at a typical arcade. At this point you’re probably thinking, «what does this place have that Dave & Busters doesn’t?» Well, for one, they have laser tag, which you can either play with the money you already have on your game card, or by putting on an additional $ 8 per game. Also, they serve pizza, which I don’t think any D&B does. The pizzas are sorta oval-shaped and serve two people, so I split mine. It was pretty okay, though the sausage had kind of a sweetish taste to it. I suspect now that it was undercooked; I awoke this morning with terrible stomach issues. The waitress was nice, but I have to knock off some more points because I ordered a side salad that never arrived – not even after I asked for it a second time. They didn’t charge me for it, and I’m not losing sleep over whether their lettuce would have given me salmonella. (EDIT: I’ll take back what I said about the food making me sick. I split the pizza with my sister and nothing happened to her the next day. Unless her salad was the antidote?!) I didn’t attend the comedy club and we didn’t use the party room, so I can’t comment on those. Was it really worth the drive from Irvine? Not really, though if I wasn’t meeting people there I would have felt more disappointed. As I mentioned earlier, there is definitely room for improvement at Fuzion, but as it stands now it’s a mediocre place at best. Okay for one visit, but not somewhere I’d be willing to visit again. Don’t come for the food. For that and everything else, you’re far better off going to Dave & Busters. On the plus side, I did make the top score on Hammer 2 and kicked everyone’s asses at laser tag: D

I wanted this place to be awesome. It’s not. Its like a washed up dave and busters but with ½ the games and too much SQFT area. We bought a $ 30 playing card, I think we wasted about $ 4.00+ on scanning the card on games that did not work. The Mini Bowling thing was nice, but when we went only one of the lanes worked. The bar says all alcohol must be consumed in that area. News flash, the only way we ended up staying was that we carried our booze into the game area and became slightly ignorant to the fact everything here was busted. We had fun, could we have had more fun? Yes. No need to go back, for a bit more money we would we will hit up Dave and Busters and get better quality(Plus craft beer!)

Yes you can meet, eat, and play here. The concept is great and I can see this place take off high in the sky… however, its still on the runway. But I am hopeful! I still had a great time… The atmosphere inside is very spacious. Plenty of room for large parties. I believe there are areas where banquets and private events can be held. The bar area is to the left, and its open enough to have a group of friends to hang out for after dinner drinks. I celebrated my brothers birthday dinner here, and come to find out, we and our spouses were pretty much the only ones lively enough in the place. I have to admit, during the week, it does seem like a ghost town, but nonetheless, if you’re open to having fun, you can definitely make the best out of it! Our server at the bar was excellent. Great conversationalist and he recommended some great appetizers and drinks. Kudos sir! A+ for awesome bar service! The rest of the staff that we encountered that night were friendly as well. Perks: Games galore! From Skee Ball to Air Hockey, its all around you. They have a Comedy Club room and Laser Tag! Dining menu offers dishes from salads to entrees of burgers, sandwiches and steak. Kids menu available too, and bar area with beer and cocktails — what’s not to perk about? :-) KNOW before you GO: When you’re ready to play, be sure that your game card is activated correctly. A few times, the card was having difficulty scanning, but we followed up with the staff member and she cleared it up immediately. OverALL: I believe in time, this place will get popular enough for many people to enjoy. Totally worth a try! if you are up to having a few drinks, and wanting to play some skee-ball, and not feel bombarded like D&B or Chuck E’s… then this is the place! We will be back.

I’ve visited Fuzion on two occasions(both to eat) and while the space and offerings were expansive — fit for a king — the restaurant food was inconsistent. I sampled two entrees on my most recent visit and both were pretty lackluster. The Bacon wrapped meatloaf sounded amazing on the menu, but upon receiving the dish I eagerly took a bite only to be disappointed by the flavorful glob. The vegetable medley and mashed potatoes on the other hand were quite tasty, but I did not expect the supporting cast to upstage the main attraction. I also ordered the steak and chili waffle entrée, as I sampled their award winning chili on a prior visit. The chili was stellar and as I remembered it, but the entrée as a whole was a miss. I love waffles and would eat them daily straight from the iron clad if I had the time, but these waffles seemed to have either been pre-made or frozen, because they tasted mushy and didn’t add anything do the dish. The steak, was a complete lost cause as it just swam with the chili. If there was a big football/basketball game and I needed a large space I would consider Fuzion as a venue and just order chili by itself, but aside from that scenario I probably would not come otherwise.

I’ve driven by this place several times before and finally had a chance to stop by the other day. There was a UYE event that I attended. The staff was attentive and friendly. The food was very tasty. We had samples of their sliders, pizza, and mac & cheese balls. We enjoyed all the food. My wife and I plan to come back to try the other items on their menu. Football season is here so we might stop by to watch the games on Sunday. For all of you that’s a kid at heart, they have games and lazer tag for your entertainment. They also have a comedy club there called Surf City Comedy Club. I might check out the comedy club one day as well. This could be great spot to spend a day at with various entertainment options in one location.
