Worst shoe store ever!
We got sucked into buying 3 pairs for orthopedic issues. Shoes were ok, they did have some nice features but they were poorly made and not worth the money.
The service is unreliable. The staff is nice but comes across very salesy. Almost like a car salesman. The worst part is that for a store that sells shoes, they are terrible at actually selling shoes. Multiple times they promised to get a certain model or size from their Burbank store… never arrived and worst part was that they sold us the wrong size rather than admitting their mistake! Yes our fault for not checking but by this time it was our 3^rd visit and was just picking them up to purchase!!!
Finally, just returned them because it was too much hassle to wait for their 3^rd attempt to get the right size only to find that the store clerk didn’t know how to do a return. She said the return will happen the next day and 3 days later… Still nothing. No call no money back. Their store phone doesn’t pick up and customer service doesn’t return messages. Filing a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.
Save yourself time money and grief… Don’t go in!

Yippee! Gravity Defyer has opened their first retail store, and it’s in my area! I’ve been buying the shoes online for the past few years-​they really work for preventing my knee and hip pain from walking/​standing on hard surfaces– and it’s awesome to finally be able to try on all the styles in a store. Great selection both men’s and women’s. I came during the grand opening and the clerks were still having some trouble with ringing people up– the cash register software apparently is based on their mail order invoicing system & is awkward for retail use. But the clerks were good humored & helpful.
