The food is good, but why does the middle aged woman behind the registrar act as though you are bothering her when you come in to order. I just wanted a burger and fries.

Ordered the nachos supreme, once I got my order it was missing the pico de gallo, guacamole and jalapeño.
All got was chips with cheese and sour cream and some bean. Really?

Clean mom and pop joint. I asked what specials and this lady pointed. Besides the pointing, Polite service with a smile.
Burger: nothing I haven’t had before. standard setup wit the pastrami added. Pastrami is tender as well as beef patty. The orange sauce is thousand island dressing. Burger is very saucy and produce is crispy and fresh, but not messy.
Fries: standard jims/Troy’s fries. A little dull for my taste buds.
Overall standard burger joint.

Surprisingly employees were rude, especially the women. Food wasn’t good I give it a ¹⁄₁₀. Only been here 2 times. Won’t be coming back.

Bought dinner last Wednesday evening after work… thought I was in the mood for a quick meal. Well, it was not quick. It took 30 minutes to deliver my meal and there was only 1 guy waiting on his meal, as well as 1 other that came in 10 minutes or so after me. Gets better, they had a steak kabob meal with salad, made with rib eye. Ok, I will try… the salad was great! The pita bread was warm, the salad fresh, and that was delightful. I took it home about a block to my house, and opened up the main meal after eating my great salad and my $ 13.00 meal was only ½ ok. The kabob was black. I seriously cannot imagine how they would have thought it ok to put that on a plate. It was burned to a crisp, dry and inedible. Probably won’t try again.

Great food and there is something on the menu for everyone!!! If you get tired of Denny’s or Ihop this is a great place especially if its late and you want something to fill your stomach.

Honestly the foods good, especially for the price, but every time o go here, which I go all the time, the waitresses and cashiers have such bad attitudes. Every time, it’s not like they have a bad day here and there, they all have such shitty attitudes which bugs the hell outta me. Smile once in awhile, your life isn’t that bad, y’all are working… Oh and stop being so flipping cheap with the damn ranch, I opened both my ranch containers and they had small amounts of ranch. Fill that shit up!

If you are in the hunt for a breakfast burrito come here. They have amazing burritos! I love how quick it is to order and go. Large portions at good prices. The burrito is full of meat and cheese and potatoes, and salsa.

This place is going down hill fast. Look at the price on this chicken mushroom melt combo with onion rings. $ 10 for the whole thing and the chicken has a thickness of less than a quarter inch! Sorry but this is why this place is NEVER busy anymore!

I use to come here a lot a year and a half ago. Came back for the first time today and the food was so low quality. The customer service was even worse. I understand work is work but way to represent the place…
Then when my boyfriend went to refill our drink he told me there’s little Bugs all over the counter near the coffee/​drink station. Very disbursing.
Don’t think I’m ever gonna go back here. I can go to a fast food restaurant and get better quality, or at least better tasting…

Wondering how you stop selling breakfast at 11:30am on a Sunday?
Just moved locally, so was trying the local spots. Place was very busy when walking in, waited 10 minutes to order, than informed that they ran out of hash browns, so no more breakfast orders (even though that’s half their menu). I was even willing to substitute something in their place, but the manager wouldn’t budge.
I should have walked out… but ended up ordering a chili cheese dog combo. Spent the next 25 minutes watching a large crowd move through, mostly picking up call in orders.
Have to say, food wasn’t worth the wait. Chili cheese dog was ok, but most the cheese stuck to the wrapper. There was a ton of fries, but they were also nasty. Worst I’ve had in a long time, cold and tasteless cardboard.
I would be more forgiving if the staff was friendly. Saw the cashier roll her eyes repeatedly, and don’t recall one smile or ‘thank you’. I may give them another chance… but itvwont be soon.

The food here is terrible. I’ve been here 4 times and I keep trying to give them a chance… looks like it’s not gonna happen. Who puts roast beef in a burrito?! Apparently they do. The burgers are «ok», but nothing to write home about. The cook and bus boy care more about flirting with the girl that works there than actually working and cleaning tables or making food. Very unprofessional. I only gave 2 stars for portion size. This place is a total failure from A to Z, plus it’s somewhat on the pricey side for fast food. Stay away.

After a day of beaching nearby the kids got hungry. We were for sure going to stop by Hula Girls Shave Ice in the same plaza so we thought we’d dine here prior…
Best fried zucchini I’ve had! I’ve had ones that were greasy and these were not. It was very tasty.
Kids got chicken nuggets and fries. Steak fries were ok. Maybe add some seasoning and it’ll be better. Just bring ur Flavor God «Everything Spice» and add a dash!
Nuggets looked burnt but they weren’t and tasted okay.

Their menu consists of ur usual mom n pops burger joint. I would go again to try their breakfast items.

I’ve given all locations so many chances to try and get any of it right and it always disapoints. Service is never spectacular at any of the locations. Their burgers and fries are the only thing that save them from a 1 star.
Most recently I ordered Nachos, thinking it’s almost impossible to screw up nachos. They did. So it was bad enough the ingredients were sub par. The chips were obviously fried at opening and fried again when ordered l. It was like trying to chew on rubber.
Sorry guys, I won’t be giving you anymore chances.

I really do love this place. Usually take out, but the service is fast & friendly. I usually call in ahead of time and it’s always ready. Best thing is the Club Sandwich special, with fries & a drink, of course. It’s only like $ 5, out the door. My friend and I used to share it for lunch, cuz they give you so much. My son is a club sandwich fan also and since they are open late, I’ll drive thru at the Fountain Valley location and get him one sometimes…
Love the complimentary spicy vinegary peppers and carrots they have at the Seal Beach location. Not sure if they have them here or in Fountain Valley.
One day, I’m gonna eat in and have breakfast… It looks delish.

This place continues to get worse, I always get a double cheeseburger with no tomatoes — how hard is it to make that combo?! This place is always clean but the female workers are rude — 3 times too many, I will not be returning to this location but I will try one of their others.
