I needed someone to install a new thermostat. The first place I called said they would get to me in a week. After calling HRE, Jeff was able to come out the same day to install and rewire my new nest thermostat. Quick service and a very courteous technician. I would highly recommend Jeff and everyone over at HRE. We will certainly use them again!

This close to a holiday it seemed like everybody was busy. Called HRE and Jason said he’d have someone at my house within a few hours to check on my furnace that was on but put out no heat. Javier was the Tech that showed up and diagnosed the problem. I appreciated how thorough he was and how he explained every little nuance with my furnace. Very satisfied with this Company.

My AC went out last week, and although it wasn’t too hot, my upstairs was almost unbearable. I called at 9pm and left a message. The next morning at 9am Jeff called me back and asked when would be convenient to come take a look. I told him I would be free after 12, and he set the appointment up for 1. Jeff showed up at 12:55, and within 20 minutes my AC was working again! Jeff was really nice and honest. I was worried whoever would come out would try to sell me a new system, but he got right to the repair and said the system had plenty of life left in it. The price was very fair too. I will definitely be keeping their phone number!

I was referred to Jeff by his brother from Shawn Lambert HVAC. I had a urine smell reeking from my furnace and ducts and had no idea what it was. When I first called I had no idea they had experience working on mobile homes. Jeff came out and after crawling around underneath (patching holes as he went) he found a plumbing leak which was wetting the insulation causing the stink. I got Jeff’s estimate and went with it. Besides that it was reasonable, I felt like Jeff (and his brother) cared about me vs. just doing a job to get paid.
Jeff always let me know when he was going to be here, was punctual, easy to be around. He found and blocked a hole some animal dug to get under my place. I never even noticed. He made sure everything worked and cleaned up when he was done.
I’m not sure why Tucky P. gave the bad review. I’ve been nothing but impressed with both Jeff and his Brother Shawn.

Jeff did a great job fixing my AC. The previous person who fixed the AC did a quick fix by adding a addition part. Jeff removed it and repaired it correctly. He took a extra 1 hour making sure that everything worked before leaving.
