Heater went out! Too cold to be with out one. Called Schaef Air and they came right away and replaced our furnace. Great price and very professional service. If you need any heat or air work these are the people to call.

Dave really knows his AC units. We have had repeat problems with our Lennox unit with the condensers requiring continual replacement parts. Dave called Lennox (no tech has been this proactive). Lennox requested the failed parts be sent for research. Dave had our unit up and running in less than an hour. Cost was very reasonable. This company is great! (We have had less success with other companies and been overcharged too).

SAFETY, SAFETY, SAFETY!!! Who does hot work without having a FIRE EXTINGUISHER. Service Tech was sweating copper and caught material on fire inside of the wall. He found a cup laying on the ground quickly filled with water from the outside faucet. He then dumped the water inside the wall. Drywall was just replaced due to fire and water damage. So much for being new.

The air conditioner at my job was not working and upon asking other business owners in the area who they used for their repairs, Schaef Air was recommended more than once. The representative who answered the phone was courteous and made sure to get a technician out same day due to the heat. The technician that came by was very professional and was able to describe to me the problem and quoted me on the spot. The price was more than reasonable after researching online. I couldn’t have been happier with the customer service and professionalism displayed by Schaef Air, would definitely recommend!

My heater recently stopped working so I made an appointment with a company referred to me by a friend. Not only was I overcharged but they said my problem was unfixable. Frustrated, I found Schaef Air in the yellow pages and was able to get an appointment that very same day! Not only did they fix my problem in a timely manner but the price I was charged was significantly lower than what I had expected. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for great prices and quality work done by professionals.
