Located near Westminster Mall this location is very nice and clean on the inside. Inside service is very fast but the drive thru takes forever. My favorite items are the Sourdough Bacon Cheeseburger with Curly Fries. For breakfast the Grilled Breakfast Sandwich and any of the breakfast croissants are delicious.

The people who work here don’t know how to make chicken sandwiches correctly ! The food always tasted like they had been sitting there and recently I realized I was right when I was at the window and I saw my bag sitting there with the food ready for like 5 minutes before they actually handed it to us

One star? CUSTOMERSERVICE. Or the LACKOF customer service. Everyone who works here looks miserable. They look upset and annoyed… EVERYTIME I go there. Today was it for me. I would give them negative star if Unilocal had the option. The one person I want to call out is MARTIN. The general manager of the place. He is the cheapest prick I have ever met. Who the hell refuses to give buttermilk ranch out when you ask for some with an order? His reasoning– I didn’t order the«right item» on the menu that comes with it so I have to pay extra for them. I ordered 2 burgers. Did not ask for any ketchup so buttermilk was my substitute. I’ve ordered this in the past few months at several different locations and every time I ask for some buttermilk ranch they would give me a few without hesitation. This asshole decides to not give me any at all because«it doesn’t come with burgers». When did that rule come into play? I was really irritated and my expression was obvious. I asked if I could at least get 2. One for each burger. He said no. He gave me one at the end because my ass was taking too long at the drive through arguing with him about it and he wanted to get rid of me. This is ridiculous. It is just buttermilk ranch! Just give me a couple and I’ll be on my way. You’re willing to lose a customer who frequents your store over buttermilk ranch? MARTIN, if you are reading this– your attitude and customer service is unacceptable. What loser did you replace before you to get the title of manager? I actually recall dealing with you a few times in the past and you were stingy as fuck with ketchup but I thought you were just having a really bad day that one time… but NO. You’re just a really cheap prick. I will not come back here. EVER. I will direct anyone I come across who wants to get food to never come here either. Bye Felicia!

I am not a difficult customer to please. I work in customer service and I understand what it’s like to serve people but the service I got here really annoyed me. I just wanted a burger and a regular sized hazelnut iced coffee(usually such good coffee!) I went into the drive thru, and when she gave me my iced coffee it wasn’t hazelnut. I tasted it and realized it was just a plain iced coffee and I told the girl working. She had such an annoyed look and basically snatched it out of my hands! I don’t even think she dumped out the coffee. She just put some of the hazelnut syrup or whatever in it. It tasted like it didn’t mix right until after I shook around the cup. I’m pretty sure it’s a small and not a medium either. The interaction didn’t last more than two minutes, but in that two minutes I got a sense of what the customer service was like at this location. Not going back to this one.

I like to Unilocal when restaurants are really bad and this one pulled at me today to get out my phone and rate it!!! Dirtiest Jack-in-the-Box I’ve ever been in, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting you could not use them. I told the manager, he could’ve cared less!!! Shame on Jack-in-the-Box!!!

For some reason they can’t get my order right most of the time… They charge me for things I don’t order and today I ordered a small ice tea with my #24 and I got a root beer instead, and on on top of that they charged me for a sm. root beer. Okay what do I expect from Jack in the Box,? I don’t expect a drive thru operator telling me «I don’t know the prices. They’re not posted in here. «What» I was there early this morning around 7-ish A rather chunk of a girl, Mexican looked really upset at the thought of working I guess. I had to tell her put a breakfast jack combo on the screen then we could figure out the price. What a lazy ASS I forgot by the time I drove around the building my food was ready. I believe the food was pre-made it was cold the Ham was not cooked. I had to throw it away.

This Jack in the Box is close to my work, so I come here to get lunch quite often — usually with multiple orders. I went today at 12 noon with a co-worker and we decided to go through the drive through since we only have a 30 minute lunch and wanted to eat at the office. I pulled up and told them I had 3 separate orders. The girl taking the orders very curtly stated they can only do up to 2. Since I have come here MANY times and have had up to 5 orders, I know it is not an issue of «can» but willingness. When I asked her why that was, she said, «That’s just how we do it here.» Most of my Jack in the Box experiences have had MUCH better customer service. Food was good, but I also like to get a good experience where I eat. Will not go here anymore to order lunch for the office. There are plenty of other places around that will do as many separate orders as I need.

Typical Jack in the Box food. They have a drive-thru too. It is practically empty in the mornings. They say they have free wifi but it requires a login. I think you have to ask for the login. There is plenty of seating as well.

For fast food, or any type of restaurant in that general area, that IS as good as it gets. Harry’s Café is also good(notable mention) but other than that, everything else in that area sucks. I used to work around the corner and we all went there, even the owner of the company and his family. I dont even like fast food but I’d go there if anywhere. Staff has for years been very good and prompt. Again, its JITB not the restaurant inside the Ritz Carlton but for what it is, 5*‘s. They’re pretty respectful to the snotty high school kids that infest their way in there with their mama’s «get out of the house» money.

I usually avoid J in the B because I still hold a grudge over that whole e coli incident back in the mid 90’s. But, this damn mini sirloin burger jingle won’t get out of my head, and I thought maybe it was a sign that I should try them. Yipee Ki Yay, Mini Sucky burgers, Yipee Ki yay mini sucky burgers. Not so good. Meat was dry. Burgers were meh. Damn, I was starting to dig jack and the new logo too — but looks like I will continue to hold my grudge.
