This is solely based on Customer Service.
I’ve been searching EVERYWHERE to get my new boots heat molded since I wanted it done properly and not the DIY at home. Someone on a forum referred me to this shop which I had no idea existed. So I called in and asked if they did heat molding and they told me that they would do it for me without charge. Reading some of the reviews I honestly got the idea that it was some type of trick/​ploy but I was wrong. I came in and they took care of me and now I don’t feel like cutting off my feet when I board since my boots are too tight. Thumbs up to these guys for helping me out! If I need any boarding equipment I will definitely come here!

I went to this place twice; once on the 5th and once today with my dad. I went to get snowboard pants on the 5th and they only had 1 style of Roxy snowboard pants. They had about 5 of them, but I couldn’t find any other brands. When I looked for staff to try and ask, they were in the back of the shop so I couldn’t ask. The staff did not ask if I needed any help when I first came in & not at any time of being inside the shop. Today, my dad called to see what time they closed (just to double check). They said 8, like it says on Unilocal,but we got there at 7:40 and they were closed… So that sucks. Nothing beats a pissed old white guy! Overall it did not seem like there was a lot of selection? At least for women.

The salesperson over the phone and the website says your shop was open until 8:00! What lies! Got there by 7:40. What’s the point of having operating hours if you don’t abide by them?! What horrible and bad service!

Best place to get winter gear! Everyone there is super helpful and always considerate and will help you with any question you have. They have reasonable prices and gear from a few season back too.

the store is located in way off in the back corner of the shopping plaza, so i almost missed it! but thank goodness i was desperate in search of winter sports store by a beach lol (most stores by the beach only carry surf gear).
these guys are very laid back with great knowledge on what they sell.
all the workers were guys but they knew exactly what women’s pants my girlfriend should try on and would like.
I thought they would be get annoyed with my girlfriend trying on 10 different snowboard pants to find the perfect one, but they were chill the whole time and started up conversations with me about snowboarding.
I’m not sure if i went during a season end time or something but for some reason almost everything in the store was 50% off too so i was extremely happy about the pricing.

Since these guys haven’t had a review just yet; I might as well start off with one. The staff here are very knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service as well as guidance and opinions towards snowboarding and certain snowboarding gear. My girlfriend and my best friend recently got their boots, bindings and board at this store and they were very helpful to us on picking the right products and how to get us the best deals. I definitely recommend Jack’s snowboard shop to anyone who’s new to snowboarding or an elitist.
