I can’t say enough about Kenneh Construction. It was a big decision to take out my pool, and from the beginning I was impressed by the professionalism of Steve Espenchied, who came out for the estimate. All my questions were answered promptly.
The crew was flexible with my time schedule, as I had out of town guests in when the construction was scheduled to begin. It was rescheduled to the next day — no big deal.
The crews arrived early each day and worked hard. They were very well coordinated and used time to the maximum. They pulled all necessary permits and called for inspections; there was no downtime. Everyone here was friendly and respectful, and they were responsive to my day-​to-​day questions. They appeared to enjoy their jobs, and enjoy working with each other. All-​in-​all it was about an 8 day job. Clean-​up was done each day.
When the final inspection was done, our city inspector told me they had done a good job!

We had Kennah Construction demolish our pool in an apartment complex we own. From initial contact to the final inspection sign off, they were extremely professional and thorough. Their estimate provided was by far the most detailed than any other we had obtained. The owner keeps in contact with you and explains everything. They handled all of the permits and inspections. All of our Residents have raved about how courteous every worker was, and many were not excited about losing their pool, so the fact that Kennah construction made sure everything was clean, secure every night and was respectful to all residents, helped us a ton. Everything was completed in a timely manner and we are extremely pleased with the results. We highly recommend them and have been nothing but happy from start to finish.

Selected Kenna out of several contenders for our pool demolition project because of their knowledge of city regulations (which they documented in contract), quick and detailed response to all my questions/​concerns, reference (I visited a work site of theirs), reasonable price and payment plan (no upfront payment). They partially removed our large swimming pool and concrete (pool deck) in backyard. All Kenna workers were nice, polite and professional. Project manager Steve provided great communication. We met nearly all Kenna workers during the project. City inspections all went well. Highly recommend Kenna’s works and service.

My parents and I are very satisfied with the pool demo that Steve and his crew did! The work was done in a timely manner and his crew were professionals at their job. Steve was great in answering all his phone calls, texts, and emails; the communication was exceptional! All the permits and inspections were arranged smoothly through Steve. We will remember Kennah Construction for any future work and have and will refer them to neighbors, friends, and family!

The team from Kennah removed my spa and rock wall in about a week. Orlando and his team were here early every day, they were really cool with my kids, and very concerned about keeping the job site as clean and safe as possible. Very impressed. They pulled all necessary permits and all work was inspected, totally legit. And the price was very reasonable. Overall we are extremely pleased.

The guys at Kennah were super professional, did a great job, and the price was very reasonable. It was done quickly and the job of compacting the ground was done very well and I’m confident about the job they did. I have to admit the process of removing a pool was stressful for me, but the guys took care of everything and were really nice. I just want to thank them and recommend them. We’ve had a fantastic experience with this company. We recently demo’ed our pool in Hacienda Hts, they did the whole thing with permits and everything in a week! My neighbors were surprised because theirs took three months! Steve is super knowledgable and responsive, the company is very professional and gave me a great feeling from the start that they are a trustworthy company. During the entire time we didn’t even meet once, everything was done through email, text, and phone, and it was completed perfectly without a hiccup. Their price is also unbeatable with what they offer and the great quality of work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs to demo their pool.

This place had excellent reviews on Unilocal,so I invited Steve to give me an estimate on demolishing my pool. Everything they said in the other reviews was true. The workers were on time, completed the job in less time than Steve estimated, and cleaned up the site to my satisfaction. Every time I called or texted Steve, I got a quick reply (which is unusual for contractors). I felt like Steve was more than happy to answer my questions or explain the process. If I have any future construction needs, I will be sure to call him again.

I have Kennah Construction at my house right now removing overgrown trees and bushes, demolishing ugly concrete and cinderblock retaining walls from the 1960’s, and leveling my entire yard in preparation for a new sprinkling system and sod. I thought the price was fair and I’m very impressed with the work. They’re careful, diligent, expedient guys who showed up early and aren’t slowing down. I’m really happy someone recommended them to us. I will definitely recommend them to others.

Kennah provided a great price est. to demo a two car concrete parking pad on the side of our N. Tustin property. The one-​man crew was on-​time, and made quick work of the demo & removal. The area was clean & level when he left. I will absolutely call Kennah when we get ready to concrete our driveway & highly recommend their services to others.

We purchased a property in Norwalk that had a pool filled to the top with dirt. We we’re sure if it was filled properly and called a few demo companies for their opinions. Steve, with Kennah Construction, was the quickest to get back to us and the first to submit a bid. I appreciated that the bid was thoroughly written out, line item by line item, with everything they would do. Steve also called right after he sent it to discuss everything on it. While we had a verbal bid that was lower (we also had a bid that was higher), we decided Kennah Construction was the company we wanted to work with. Steve knew that we were on a strict time constraint and he fit us in almost immediately. The job, with permits and inspections, was done in less than a week. We couldn’t believe it. Steve graciously updated us throughout the project, as this is a flip and we weren’t on site. Just an overall pleasure to work with!
Kennah Construction will definitely be added to our list of «go-​to» companies that we will use on future projects.

We are currently in the process of remodeling our home and as any homeowner knows, the demo phase can be a pain in the neck. Steve and his crew at Kennah Construction came highly recommended and did not disappoint. They tore out a large concrete slab and stucco on the side of my house and before I knew it, the mess was gone. They also made sure that the noise and level of dust stayed at a minimum. Steve and his crew were so easy to work with that I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anybody looking for a demo crew that will work hard and efficiently. All of this and at a price you really can’t beat! AMAZING job guys!
