Let’s Ride Bicycles

Well to start off with, I’m in the customer service industry so I appreciate it when business go above and beyond. I brought my bike over to Let’s Ride Bicycles about six months ago. My bike is a very rare Cannondale Mountain bike from 1994. Unfortunately during the process of changing out a few parts it was dropped, a piece broke off that was irreplaceable. Chris the store manager, dedicated his time to replacing the bike and even offered to give me the full value of it at one point. Fortunately after several months of patience and research Chris was able to find a replacement piece. They did a rad upgrade making my bike more than what I had expected it to be. There was much more to the story, but I won’t bore you with the details, let’s just say Let’s Ride Bicycles went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied as a customer and I am. Because of this customer service I will not go to any other bicycle shop from this point forward. Let’s Ride Bicycles is a awesome shop with incredible customer service. Thank you again Chris, I love my bike!

I’m so happy this shop opened up in the area. It’s super convenient right off the Santa Ana river trail and has all the necessities for cyclists of all abilities.
I came in the other day and got a flat. I was able to walk the bike in. They replaced the tube and only charged me for the parts. Thank you!

Great service, shop owner was friendly and gave it an old timey feel. Prices were good and low, nothing that hirt the bank.
